👍Marvin POV👍

~20 minute Time skip~

Marvin burst through the doors of the hospital, quickly spotting the front desk and stepping up to it. "Hello, I'm here for Whizzer Brown is he okay? Can I see him?" He said, all too quickly. "Hello sir! Um- I believe Whizzer is still in surgery... I said he would be out in a few hours...." she checked the clock on the wall "A half hour ago, so he won't be out for a little while. But you could wait here if you wanna." The woman said in the same high pitched voice he had heard. So this was the lady who gave him the big news. This was the lady who new about Whizzer's condition before he did. This- short, blonde curly haired lady, with her fucking cat eye glasses, which were all too cheerful for a hospital in Marvin's opinion- she wasn't worthy of knowing before him.

Marvin simply nodded, walking into the waiting room, where there were about 5 other people sitting. He took a seat in a corner, studying the other people in the room. One sat there, her face tear stained, looking very tense, his tie was almost completely undone- oh shit. That's a mirror. Marvin sat up a little more, adjusting his tie and trying to look more calm. It didn't work.

~Time Skip 2 hours~

Marvin sat in that same damn chair, angrily flipping through some fashion magazine he'd read for the 5th time, but it reminded him of Whizzer. He then mentally scolded himself for thinking like he was dead. He wasn't gonna die, it was only- Wait, what even happened to Whizzer? The secretary lady never said. Marvin plunges into dark thoughts of all the possibilities, each worse than the next, he wanted to cry. But he didn't have the time, because soon a tall nurse with short buzzed hair came up to him. "If you wanna see Whizzer, he's in room 79. (I don't remember if that's the number I put last chapter but I don't feel like going back) "O-Okay, thank you." Marvin said, shrinking down in his seat a bit. That nurse was really intimidating.... but luckily, the nurse turned on his heel and walked away without a word.

After the nurse was definitely gone, Marvin got up and brushed himself off, before walking out of the waiting room, glad to be out of that damn place. He walked down halls, aimlessly. 22,23,24, 57. What the fuck did he do wrong? Marvin sighed, going down just about every hallway on the first level until he found it. 79. Hallelujah. Marvin rushed to the room, before pausing andcollecting himself before stepping into the room. There was a small bathroom near the entrance, along with a coat rack and a seating area and a TV propped up in front of the bed. Next to the bed, there was a window and a seat pressed up against the wall under it. In the bed, lay Whizzer. He looked slightly pale, and had an IV in his arm, along with one of those machines that check your heart rate, but other than that, he was okay. Marvin sighed, not knowing whether to smile or cry. Maybe both. He wasn't sure, but this was all that mattered now.
