After about a 45 minute walk I had reached my cave. A toothy smile made its way to my face and I rushed towards the cave with the apes slowly following me.
I gave out a small whistle and soon heard yelps and happy barks. Three wolf pups came rushing out of the cave and tackled me to the ground. Licking my face making me laugh as it tickled. I was able to push the happy pups away and I sat up wincing from pain holding onto my side. "You guys hungry," I asked them? They then started to wine demanding food. I laughed a little.
I gave each pup one fish not wanting to overwhelm them at first. I had almost forgotten about the apes. I turned my head to the side seeing the apes watching me. I held out one hand to blue eyes. I gave him a smile. "Ya wanna try feeding them," I asked? He looked to Ceaser who gave him a nod. Ceaser watching with a very protective look. Blue eyes must be his son. Once blue eyes were close enough he grabbed my hand and I brought him to be next to me. He sat on the ground gaining the pup's attention they slowly walked up to him smelling him all over. Blue eyes I could tell was very cautious of the pups and I don't blame him. They are wolfs after all and the apes most likely have fought other wolfs before.
I reached into my bag and pulled out a fish. I put it into blue eyes hand. I called over the only girl pup, I had named her ghost because she was pure white and had blue eyes.

She slowly walked up to blue eyes staring up at him her tail now wagging as soon as she saw the fish in his hand. Blue eyes looked at me with confusion. I smiled at him and grabbed 2 more fish 1 for shadow

I held out my hand with 1 fish layed out flat on my palm showing it to blue eyes. He followed my example and watched my next move I held both my hands to shadow and bear. They grabbed the food out of my hands quickly eating it. I looked too blue eyes seeing him do what I did with ghost.
After the three pups ate the fish they were all over blue eyes using him as a jungle gym pretty much. Blue eyes was allowing them which shocked me a little. I looked to the group of apes that had brought me, to see ceaser watching us with a little less guarded look I nodded to him and he nodded back. I took a deep breath in, closing my eyes only to feel a good amount of pain I wince. I heard a hoot and a few whimpers. I open my eyes seeing blue eyes with ghost in his lap, and shadow and bear in his hands all four of them starring at me with concern.
