And With Fire came Disparity, Heat and Cold, Life and Death, and of course...Light and Dark.

Then, From the dark they came.

And found The Souls of Lords within the flame.

Nito, The First of The Dead.

The Witch of Izalith, and Her Daughters of Chaos.

Gwyn, the Lord of Sunlight, and his Faithful Knights

And the Furtive Pygmy, so easily forgotten.

With the Strength of Lords, they challenged the Dragons.

Gwyn's mighty Bolts peeled away their Stone Scales.

The Witches weaved mighty Fire Storms 

Nito unleashed a miasma of Death and Disease

And Seath the Scaleless betrayed his own, and the dragons were no more. 

Thus began, the Age of Fire

But soon, the Flames will Fade, and only Dark will Remain.

Even now, there are only embers. A Man sees not light, but only endless nights,

and amongst the living are seen, carriers of the Accursed Darksign

Thanks for deciding to read this, and let me get something very clear real quick, i do not by any means claim any of the ideas from this story. All the credit goes to the team at FromSoftware responsible for creating this work of art that is Dark Souls. I personally have fallen in love with this series that punishes me so. These stories will likely be written through the perspective of a Knight, as that is the default class.

I want to encourage everyone to try these games if you can. the SoulsBorne series is among the best series to exist. It's got a deep and compelling story that you could lose yourself in for hours looking at lore and theories. Thoughtful and realistic character design that pays homage to the story that supports it. A combat system that relies on skill and learning the mechanics of different enemies, And most importantly a large fanbase who is remarkably kind towards each other and will often be kind toward new players.
