Archie: hey u coming over?
Ellie: yeah!!! r ur parents home?
Archie: no
Ellie: perfect!!!
Archie: when r u coming over?
Ellie: once I finish my hw
Archie: I could help u with it
Ellie: didnt u fail algebra in junior year???
Archie: maybe....
Ellie: stop txting me so I can work!!!
Archie: fine but go fast. I can't wait to see u

Fifteen minutes later...
Archie: hey u done yet???
Ellie: yeah. I'll be there in a few minutes
Archie: ok
Ten minutes later...
Ellie: I can't believe u Arch
Ellie: I trusted u
Archie: what did u see?
Ellie: u and Veronica
Archie: I swear its not what it looks like
Ellie: oh then thank god that u and Veronica aren't together. I guess her tongue was just down ur throat as a friend
Archie: u saw V and I together?
Ellie: was I just the side chick to u??
Archie: no
Archie: it was a fling from this summer
Archie: Ellie I swear. I called her over to end it bc of u and she went for me
Ellie: don't talk to me again
Eight days later...
Ellie: Arch I have a problem.
Archie: what is it??
Ellie: my mom hasn't come home in a week the police have everything out to find her but no updates.
Archie: Ellie I'm so sorry
Archie: but I have to ask y r u talking to me? I thought u hated me even tho I still love u
Ellie: so did I. But once she went missing I spilled everything that happened to the police and u r a suspect. She's been reported as officially missing.
Archie: what? Why?
Ellie: the police don't think that Veronica was a fling- I really shouldn't tell u this but she's already been taken in for questioning.
Archie: so they think that when we split I went to find ur mother as revenge?
Ellie: I'm not sure. But from what I've heard she's being viewed as an accomplice.
Archie: this may sound bad in the current situation but do u want me to come over? I knew ur mom and I don't know what I could do to help but if it would help if I was there I would come for u
Ellie: I would say yes but we can't. I'm getting 24-hour police protection until she's found.
Archie: for a missing persons case??
Ellie: see? I thought it was weird too. I think the police r hiding something from me.
Archie: they r. U don't just get 24-hour protection for anything.
Ellie: what should I do?
Archie: ask what the police r keeping from u. They definitely r
Ellie: ok I will
Twenty five minutes later...
Ellie: ARCHIE
Ellie: PLS ANSWER ME I HAVE TO KNOW THAT UR ALIVE
