Clothes, Traffic, and Matt

( Sorry to disapoint, no kissie da precious matt ...yet >:3 )

You heard the door open soon after you were finished eating, as Edd walked into the room, holding a Cola. "Hey, (Y/N)! So, did you think about it?" Edd would say, smiling. You thought for a moment, then realized it was about the offer. He was asking if you'd like to stay here. "Yeah, actually. That'd be pretty nice, Edd, considering I have nowhere to go, anyways." You'd say, giving a smile to him, making his face darken slightly, of course of which you didn't notice. "Thats great! I-I'll let the others know- This can be your room!" Edd exclaimed, rushing out of the room afterwards. The others and you chatted for a while, until you felt very tired. "I think I'm gonna fall asleep, good night guys." You said as you yawned, waving to them all. "Night, (Y/N)!" Edd and Matt would say in unison. "Sleep tight, beautiful." Tord would flirt, winking at you slyly. You wanted to blush and look away, but you thought that'd only give him what he wanted. You simply coughed. "Night, (Y/N). Get some rest!" Tom said kindly, smiling a little before waving and walking off, possibly to get another drink. You waved one more time, before getting into your bed and falling asleep. . .

~ Time skip to a day later, morning tho ~

The light hit your eyes as you opened them, awaiting the new day inside the new home you'd been given. You were about to get up before you realized you were in a gentle embrace, warm and comfortable as if your blanket wasn't there. You looked behind you to see Matt over your blanket, yet hugging you, still asleep. 'What the- How the-' You whispered, before seeing Matt open his eyes. "Oh my gosh- (Y/N), I apologize I-" Matt was about to apologize before he let go and sat up. "Okay, I was going to see if you needed anything before I went to bed, you had passed out already. But you looked so cold so I wanted to see if I could give you my heat? But it got too comfy and I ended falling asleep- I'm so sorry!!!" He'd say, rubbing his eyes and giving me a childish pout. "Aw, Matt, it's okay. I'm glad you thought of me." You'd say. You were still confused at what he was thinking, but he was too cute to be mad at for long. You gave him a smile and got out of bed. I'd stare back at Matt, who had looked the other way and was looking at my phone to check the time supposedly. You notice his eyes look down and look at a photo you set as your wallpaper. "Your family was mean, weren't they..?" He'd say, a tone of worry coming out as well. You take a look over at where he was staring. It was a family photo from your child years. Your father seemed to be holding the camera, and wrapping his arm around your mother, who was wrapping her arm around your younger/older sister/brother's shoulder. You forgot you were sitting in the background, smiling the fakest smile you've seen. You pulled your phone out of his hands, and shut it off. You stared at it with a blank expression, as if you were trying to say something, but the words wouldn't escape your lips. Matt took note of this, and frowned a little more. He then wrapped his arm around you. "Hey, don't be sad. Hey, you're gonna need some new clothes, right? Why don't we go shopping?" He'd say, smiling shyly at his attempt to cheer you up. You looked up, and turned to him, smiling. "You'd do that with me? That'd be nice.." You'd say, wiping a tear barely escaping the corner of your eye. "Yeah, let's do that." His worried expression became cheerful as you got up and picked up your phone, placing it in your pocket.

( Time skip till your out of the house. )

You and Matt had just got outside the door, before you noticed 3 boys sitting in their yard, next to the house you were exiting. They looked similar to Tom, Edd and Matt, but you shrugged it off until the Matt look-alike spotted you, and elbowed the Edd look-alike. The Edd look-alike smirked at you, and yelled, "HEY MATT! WHERE'D YOU GET SUCH A FINE CATCH? THE SAME PLACE THEY BAN MIRRORS?". What a stupid insult, but Matt looked hurt. "H-Hey! Shut up you! I just moved in here, I'm not dating anyone!" You yelled back, flipping him off. "Aah, so you're single then! Good, I thought you were taken!" The Edd Look-Alike would get out of his chair and walk over, crossing his arms and looking up/down. "Names Eduardo. My buddies are Jon and Mark. Now tell me, is your name as pretty as your face?" Okay, this guy is getting old. "The names (Y/N), and sorry, 'Ed-weirdo', I've already heard that one. Be a little original and I could possibly tolerate your existence." You flipped him off, seeing as he grabbed your wrist to kiss your hand. You could see Mark and Jon yelling and laughing in the distance. "Ah, fierce. I like girls like that. Well then.." Eduardo pulled you over the fence, dipping your head and holding onto your waist. You stared at him with hateful eyes, and flicked him right above his eye. He flinched, letting you go, and you surprisingly landed on your feet. You hopped back over the fence. "Now, let's go shopping. I think 'Ed-weirdo' here got the message." you said to Matt, smiling devilishly to Eduardo and his friends. Matt walked in front of you, opening the passenger door, and gesturing for you to go inside like a butler playfully. You played along, pretending to bow in a dress and sat in the car.

[ In a couple of minutes, you and Matt were in traffic, jamming out to 'Party in the USA' and 'You belong with me', along with some other songs of the genre. Once the song 'How to Be a Heartbreaker' stopped, Matt turned to you. "You know that thing you did with Eduardo?" He'd say, turning to look at the road again shortly after. "Yeah, why?" You say with a bit of tension in your voice. The thought of that player already made you sick to your stomach. "How'd you do that? No one ever stood up to him before that 'Ed-Weirdo' thing.." He'd say as almost I should be proud for almost being kissed by a sleaze. You gagged. "That 'thing' had nothin' on me! Plus, I'd never be attracted to him. He's pretty ugly, like bro why the guy-shadow? You going all 'Goth Pear' on me?" You joked, making Matt laugh and yourself laugh, joking about the three's appearances. Matt would wait a couple minutes, before blushing darkly and sighing. "To be honest, with you around, (Y/N), I don't mind long traffic."
