Kiana's POV

I walked out of the music room to explore the elective building more because I've only known about the music room and the Japanese room because they're right next to each other. I walked around and there weren't many electives that I liked so I went to the gym to see if anything interesting was there. Nothing really but then I saw a door open in the back so I wondered what it was. I walked up to it and it was a dance studio. I haven't been to one in so long ! Ever since I quit ballet, I've avoided going to dance studios but I always had pointe shoes in my backpack. They're only in my backpack because I really thought I'd start ballet again but I never did but I never took them out of my backpack. I bought them a few months ago because I told myself I was going to do ballet again but then I became too busy for it so the pointe shoes haven't been used yet, they were only broken into. I walked in only to be amazed by the size of it, it was huge ! Why don't we use this more often ? Anyways, I put on my pointe shoes and wow, I haven't felt this feeling in so long, I've forgotten how much I missed performing in showcases. I immediately got up and played the Columbine doll music from the Nutcracker because it was my favorite routine that I've ever done.

Dino's POV

Oh my goodness ! I can't believe Hoshi hyung is making us practice a dance routine right now !! I just wanted to eat my food but no, Hoshi hyung said that we have to be ready for the dance auditions that are coming up soon. I was walking to the dance studio until I heard some Christmas music coming from there. I don't even know anymore. It's literally September, who's playing that music now ? I look in and it was that kiana girl. It was so mesmerizing, I never knew that she could dance, there really is more to her than we thought.

"Dino, what are you doing ?" I immediately shhed whoever was behind me and gestured them to look, they too were also frozen at the amazing ballet. kiana was so stable on her toes and it was so great. She did her ending pose and all I could do was clap, so could the person next to me, oh, it was Hoshi hyung.

Kiana's POV

I finally finished the routine, all out of breath and my calves were cramping so much !!! I heard clapping from the door and I looked up to see Dino and Hoshi. What is up with me bumping into a bunch of popular kids today ? I swear, someone is sending them my way and I hate it.

"Oh, are you guys going to use this ? Sorry, I'll get going now. Bye." I said before hanging my head down low, trying to leave but someone grabbed my arm, motioning me to stop. I stopped and I turned around, giving a little bit of attitude, looking like I didn't really care even though I was still extremely embarrassed. I look up to see Hoshi staring me down with a curious face.

"What else do we not know about you ? Next thing we know, you're probably better at dancing in hip-hop than us !" I kinda just gave him a small smirk because I used to be in a b-boying group.

"Well, who can I dance battle with ? I'm down."

"Oh, you want a battle ? I'll give you The8, just so you know, he's a b-boy." Hoshi said, whispering to me. I shot back at him.

"I know." He backed away as I saw The8 at the door, man, memories are coming back. "Minghao, it's been a while since we've had one of these."

"I know, I finally get a chance at beating you at one of these." He said to me, Minghao used to be in my b-boying group, we always had battles against each other but I always won.

"Wait, you guys know each other ?" Minghao and I both looked at Dino. Him and Hoshi were both so confused, I guess they underestimated me a little bit too much, just a little.

"Yeah, we were in a b-boying group together, she always beat me at it, she was always better than me."

"Not even bro, you're probably better than me now because I haven't b-boyed since you know, Reuel and my parents." I said to him, both of us looked really sad because we both had a connection with Reuel, him being her cousin and me being her best friend. We both felt sad even though I could never be sadder than the family. At that moment, Minghao looked to me and hugged me, tighter than usual, I hugged him back. I really shouldn't have brought Reuel up.

"You went through so much compared to me. I lost my cousin, you lost your parents the week after you lost your best friend. I'm impressed you still are holding yourself together." Minghao said, looking straight into my eyes, I felt myself crying but I really couldn't, not now at least.

"You know, I think you guys need to do something, I need to do something as well. Okay bye !"

"You're going out in your pointe shoes ?" Minghao asked, I looked down, forgetting that I still had them on.

"yeah, why not ? I'll take them off soon anyways. Let's have a dance battle another time." I said while turning around. Making sure I was far enough from them so that they couldn't hear me, I mumbled "or maybe just not have a dance battle at all."

Let me just tell you, being cold to your best friend's cousin is not easy but when his friends are there and I become a soft person, it just comes out and I hate it so freaking much.

안녕!! This chapter (not including this message) has 1010 words hehe... Hoshi lol. Anyways, enjoy this chapter that I feel like seems really out of place. Oh well. Also, Happy Minghao day !! Can you see why this chapter mostly had Minghao in it and less of Jun ? hehe anyways, 사랑해요 !!
