A few weeks after a war between bionic humans and Metahumans ended, District Attorney Laurel Lance was walking around Star City. At least that's what she wanted the city to believe along with a few people. In reality she was another version of Laurel from earth 2. Not only was she a doppelgänger, but also a vigilante named Black Siren, who had terrorized the city as well as Central City. Although she was trying to put that life behind, certain things make it more difficult than it seems. Earlier that day Laurel was working in her office when she heard a knock on her door. "Come in." She said. The door opened and Sara came in with her mother. "Umm...hi." Laurel said in surprise. "Yes well a mother always wants to be with their children." Sara's mother replied. Laurel was about to remind her that she wasn't the same Laurel but she was hugged by her. "You may not be exactly like her, but at least I have my sister in some way." Sara said as her mother left. "You're actually calling me your sister?" Laurel asked. "Hey it's just another example of Lance's being hard to kill." Sara said with a laugh. "Plus you know mom's gonna drive you crazy anyway, it's what she does best." Laurel nodded and smiled but it soon faded. She pulled out her phone and looked through it. "I'm gonna take a break." She said to Sara. "Uhh...is everything okay?" Sara asked as Laurel left. Now she was still walking around when Oliver came up behind her. "Still don't trust me to stop screaming." Laurel asked. "Sara said you left your office pretty quick." Oliver replied. "Everything alright?" Laurel stopped and turned towards him. "It's about Earth 2." She admitted. "I didn't exactly tell you everything. Laurel pulled out her phone and showed Oliver a picture of her as Black Siren with a boy. "Who's this?" He asked. "A fan of yours?" The two of them laughed. "Something like that?" Laurel said.
Earth 2 flashback...
"Come on Tommy!" Laurel said laughing. "You don't wanna be late on your first day." Tommy came downstairs with a backpack and started for the door. "Now in what world do you think you're leaving without a kiss?" Laurel said smiling. Tommy smiled and rolled his eyes. Laurel came over and kissed Tommy on the head. "Have fun sweetie." She said before Tommy walked to the bus. Laurel watched as he left on the bus and looked towards a picture of her and Oliver. "Wish he could've met you." She said to the picture. "Definitely acts like you." A few months later on the day of the particle accelerator explosion, Laurel and Tommy were walking around Central City. "You hungry?" Laurel asked. "I know a restaurant that happens to be right by the particle accelerator. Tommy looked at her. "What's the big deal about that thing anyway?" He asked. Laurel chuckled and shook her head. "I have no idea." She replied. "But everyone's pretty much into it." The two of them went to the restaurant which wasn't that busy with everyone at Star Labs. After a while of eating, the two were just about to leave when they heard a loud noise. Tommy ran back to the table and saw the particle accelerator explosion. Tommy started to call for his mom but the dark matter hit him and pushed him to the wall, knocking him out. Laurel saw him and called out his name while running towards him. "No please, not you too!" She said in tears. The dark matter covered them as she screamed, activating her power. She screamed and caused a wall to collapse, allowing her to escape with Tommy in her arms. He eventually woke up at their house and looked around confused. "Mom, what happened?" He asked feeling dazed. "How did we get back to the house?" He started to sit up but Laurel stopped him. "You just got slammed into a wall not too long ago." She said. "You need to rest." Tommy laid back and touched his head. "That explains why everything's spinning." He said rubbing his head. As he healed from his injury, Laurel met up with Zoom and eventually became Black Siren. After a year or two she got news she never wanted to here. She was told that she was going to Earth 1 to capture The Flash, which meant leaving Tommy. "Do you really have to do this?" Tommy asked. "Afraid so." Laurel replied. "But until I get back I've told your aunt Thea to take care of you." Just before Thea arrived, Laurel put on her Black Siren attire and Tommy came to her. He pulled out his phone and the two of them took a picture together. Thea then picked up Tommy and wished Laurel luck. Laurel was about to leave for the mission before her phone went off. She looked to see a message from Tommy, it was the picture they took earlier.
Flashback ends...
"So you're saying that Tommy...?" Oliver struggled to ask. "Yes Oliver, He's our son." Laurel said. "I was gonna tell you when you got back from your trip on the yacht, but unlike you my Oliver never made it back home." She explained. Oliver nodded. "He looks like a nice boy." He said. "Why wouldn't you mention him before?" He asked. Laurel looked at him. "Because of Zoom and then Prometheus and Ricardo Diaz." She answered. "If they had known he would be dead." The two of them went to the Arrow base and Oliver grabbed a small box, handing it to Laurel. "What's this?" She asked as she opened the box. Inside was a small device with a button. "A machine that creates breaches." Oliver replied. "Thank you Oliver." She said. Oliver nodded and grabbed his suit as well as his bow and arrow. The two of them opened a breach and went to Earth 2. They arrived at the Queen mansion and found the door latch broken open. Preparing for the worse, Laurel walked in and called out for Tommy. "Oh my god!" She shouted. Oliver ran into the room she was in to see Thea dead on the floor. "Who would've done this?" He asked. Laurel saw the wound on Thea's chest and started running through the house and checking the rooms. All the rest of the rooms were empty. "Laurel what is it?" Oliver asked. "We need to go to Zoom's old base." Laurel replied. "Get your arrows ready, let's get my son back." She said storming out of the house.
