Millie's P.O.V.

The next morning I woke up to my gums and eyes aching. I quickly jumped out of my bed and checked the mirror. Shit! I'm thirsty and I don't know if I have any blood left. I hope I do or else I'm dead.

I ran to my little kitchen to check my fridge for any blood bags but nothing. No blood. Double Shit. I'm screwed a very thirsty vampire is a very bad vampire. Wait maybe Stefan can help I thought but quickly banished the idea. No because one he can't handle being around human blood without turning into the Ripper. And two I never got his number. I'm such an idiot.

Maybe I could hunt bunnies? I do live right at the edge of the forest. Oh MY GOD ! WHAT has the world become that I have to eat BUNNIES? EEEwwww! Don't judge me okay I've got to live. Even if it means bye bye to some poor defenseless little bunnies.

I checked the clock on my phone and it said 6:40. Right so that gives me enough time to get dressed and hunt before going to school. I ran back to my bedroom to get changed. Not bothering to have a shower because I was already in a rush to hunt. I put on a pare of red denim jeans, a black and red top, high black laced boots with no heals just under the knee and my signature black leather jacket. And I know what you're thinking I'm goth but that's not the case I just like the colours black and red together.

As soon as I was dressed I left and ran into the forest to eat. 10 bunnies and 2 squirrels later and I was full. Again I checked my phone and it was 7:45 and school starts at 8:30 I'm going to be late. I ran as fast as I could back to my apartment to grab my bag before hopping into my car and heading to school.

It took me 20 minutes to get there because I couldn't find it at first but like everything in this town it was really close to where I lived. I saw guys staring at my car again and decided to make sure that nobody touched my baby.

"If any one touches the car they're dead. Got that?" I yelled at the guys who were staring at it. They quickly looked away.

"Millie," Caroline called. " You shouldn't be scaring your new classmates."

"Well they might have touched my baby," I defended myself because no one alive has ever touch my car without my premmission.

"Whatever, lets just go find Elena, Stefan and Bonnie," She says while grabbing a hold of my arm and tugging me away. When we reached the front entrance of the school we say them.

"Caroline I have to get my class list I'll be back in a minute," I said to her and started walking towards the office. As I passed Bonnie, Stefan and Kat- I mean Elena I said a quick hello before rushing to get to the office. After some compulsion I was in the school a grade bellow Stefan, Bonnie and Kater- I mean Elena. God when was I going to get that right. I walked back over to the group.

"so did you get your time table," Elena asked while everyone turned towards me.

"Yeah I did. And looks like I've got history first," I say with a fake smile.

"My brother Jeremy is in that class as well," She says. Oh I love the name Jeremy. I had always imagined myself with a Jeremy before I met Da- The Dickhead.

"Oh cool whats he look like so I can say hi," I replied interest clear in my voice.

"He's the one who will have the hood of his jumper up a tired expression and is rude to everyone," Caroline answered. Everyone shot a disbelieving look at her.  "What it's true."

Just as Kater- Elena was about to answer the bell rang. Looks like Caroline was saved by the bell. Elena gave Caroline a look that said this isn't over before stalking off in the direction of her class with Stefan trailing after her. I gave Bonnie and Caroline a goodbye before leaving to try and find class. I eventually found my class but ended up being five minutes late.
