Missions and Zabuza's defeat

Haru's pov

We caught a cat. Literally these are just boring missions I have more fun killing than babysitting. Now there is some enjoyment. Right now Naruto is getting his face scratched up by the cat. We walk back to the Hokage's office. I serve him looking around for the files. Too bad some have gone missing right under his nose.

"Hokage~sama you looking for something?" I ask in a sickly sweet tone. The Hokage never has stopped how my clan and the village treats me why should I respect him if he never made people respect me.

"Oh nothing Haru, so we have babysitting the diyamos child" he starts but a certain idiot cuts him off.

"No I want a real mission not one that's just helping a lady hold her groceries" yells Naruto. I'm half tempted to cut the blonds head off.

"Naruto you aren't ready for those" says Iruka. The Hokage goes off telling them each type of mission and how they are important but I got lost in my thoughts. How likely is Naruto to get us a C rank mission. I would say a solid 97% he's loved by the Hokage and has proved himself to be somewhat strong. Not only that contains the 9-tailed fox in him. Plus based off what I can see he's quite persuasive.

"Fine if Naruto wants to prove himself give him the C rank mission. Send him in" says the Hokage. Next thing I know a drunk come in. I can tell this mission will be more than a C rank. His eyes dart about as if scared of an attack. His grip on his bottle is firm in case he needs to use it as a weapon. Finally you can tell he's poor, his clothes look more like rags and his sake is the cheapest on the market. I can tell by the smell of alcohol, iron, and salt water he's probably a bridge builder for the water country of land of waves. However the water country has their own ninjas so I would guess land of waves. The land of waves, that land is controlled by Gato that stupid corrupt shipping magnet, father isn't pleased with the man since he failed to do his end of the deal. So Tazuna must be being hunt down by ninjas who are working for Gato. With his money he could buy some good rouges. But who? I see a ninja looking at a bingo book.

"Sir can I see that bingo book" I say. He nods and hands it over. Hmm they would have to be close to the wave maybe rouges from the village hidden in the mist. I look through the book. Chunin level first most likely so he can figure how strong the ninjas are before sending in his best and probably most expensive fighter. What this two brothers rouges of the hidden mist reward only $6000 that would do but they are well known. Poison in their claws huh, I'll bring an antidote incase. Next would be Jonin level probably someone amazing one so skilled at killing he wouldn't have to worry about the builder again. Hmm oh who's this Zabuza Momochi one of the seven swordsman, rouge from the hidden mist and a secret partner. Interesting I will make sure to have my weapon summoning scroll with me then. I look up to see my team gone.

"Haru you okay?" Asks Iruka.

"Oh nothing sensei just thinking you know" I say leaving.

Iruka's pov

"That girls mind is amazing" says the Hokage as we watch Haru give the ninja back the bingo book.

"Yes I heard she took down Kakashi" I say.

"She did, she is able to accurately assume everyone's position. Much like a Nara but her mind is much stronger. Unlike the adverage Nara who can strategize how it will play out and where people can be stationed, she's able to correctly assume who will be on the field" says the Hokage.

"Do you think she believes this will be a higher level mission higher than a C" I ask.

"Yes, she must have read Tazuna perfectly, assumed where he was from, then assumed who is after him, and if higher up who they would send and what order they would send them in" says the Hokage.
