Sooyoung's fingertips brushed against the spines of all the books, she squinted her eyes trying too look for a specific book.

"Art philosophy..." She mumbled under her breath. Her eyebrows were knitted together, as she slowly started to get frustrated.
She found herself at the end of the aisle, she inhaled a sharp breath.

"Ugh, where is that book?" She muttered too herself, she continued to go the the next aisle, swiftly glancing at books, before she found herself headfirst into somebody else.

"Oh my god! Are you blind? Watch where you're going!" the girl said rudely. Her eyes suddenly fell onto Sooyoung. Her mood suddenly changed, her eyes flickering from disgust and rage too sympathy. Her eyes softened, but she was really bad at faking her rage. The creases above her eyebrows and the sliver of flickers of rage in her eyes showed she was still irratated.

"Oh, I'm sorry, are you okay? I should've watched where I was going," the girl said apologetically. Her eyes weren't so sincere. Sooyoung didn't believe in her apology.

"What's your name? My name is... uh...." the girl paused to think for a second. "It's Hwayoung."

Sooyoung didn't want to reveal her name.

Hwayoung looked at her. "Well, I hope we can be the best of friends now."

"Yeah..." Sooyoung  awkwardly giggled.

"Sooyoung? Did you find something you were interested in?" The librarian asked her.

"No," she said as she bit her lip nervously.

"Hmm, is your name Sooyoung?" Hwayoung asked. Her suspicions aroused. She had found her perfect prey.

"Yeah, it is Sooyoung, hehe," Sooyoung nervously laughed.

"Tell me about yourself," Hwayoung said as she sniffled.

"I... like the color green," she lied. "My favorite fruit are... apples!" She lied once more. She was able to maintain a genuine face.

"Oh. That's cool," Hwayoung smirked deviously.

Sooyoung nodded, she wasnt great at lying, neither was she bad at lying.

"W-well what do you like..?" Sooyoung asked, trying to change the topic.

"Hmm.." Saeki thought, or should I say, Hwayoung.

"Well, my favorite color is green too!" She exclaimed, lies coming out of her mouth.

Ouch.

Sooyoung felt a bit guilty for lying, now the girl actually thinks they have something in common.

"And apples! YESS!!" Hwayoung shouted loudly, making the librarian glare at the both of them.

Sooyoung laughed awkwardly,

"W-well, I never saw someone as passionate about apples as me..!" She joked, adding a fake laugh at the end.

Hwayoung nodded her head excitedly, "I know right!?"

"Well, I'm going home now," Sooyoung yawned. She didn't find any books to her liking.

"Alright, bye, I hope to meet you more," Hwayoung gave an artificial smile to Sooyoung.

Sooyoung returned a smile but it was also fake. She left the library and started walking. Her footsteps echoed, which meant she was alone. No one else was walking. This frightened her a bit. That could've meant the soldiers were doing some sort of sweep.

"You! What are you doing there?" An angry voice shouted. "Go back into your home or we won't be afraid to execute you!"

Sooyoung was petrified. Her heart was pounding against her chest, as if it were about to explode.
