New Girl

Veronica went to her excell math class (another reason why she's with Cameron) while Geraldine went to her chem class with Cameron. Geraldine was partnered up for the year with Cameron. When Geraldine walked into the room the teacher pulled her over to tell her that she would be switching partners. That new girl will be partnered up with Cameron and she would be with Dylan who had a crush on her since second grade. This made Geraldine's blood boil all over again.

"What do you MEAN Dylan is my partner?!" She asked in fury. The teacher, cleaning his glasses, replied to the teenager, "I think you know what I mean Miss Spear.." Geraldine huffed out a sigh of disappointment and looked over her shoulder to see Dylan smiling at her sheepishly with his face flushed. "Mr. Johnson requested for him to be with you. Since you have also been partners with Cameron for most of last year, I think it's about time for a new partner, don't you think Miss Spear?" Giving a huge sigh, Geraldine sashayed away from the teacher before she could reply. She muttered curses under her breath as she eventually came to Dylan.

The new girl walked into the room muttering a thousand sorries to the teacher. "Miss Larson this year Mr. Jones requested you to be his lab partner." The teacher, Mr. Magnola told the girl. She nodded and hurried over to her new seat.

"I never did catch your name earlier. I'm Cameron." He declared putting out his hand.

"I guess not. I'm Maelyn but you can call me Mae." She smiled shaking his hand.

"Well if we're all done here I'd like to teach my class now." Mr Magnola stated.

Both Cameron and Mae blushed as deep as a blood rose on blooming day.

More anger flashed in Geraldine's stomach and she wanted to scream. "It's not going to do any good to get mad though.." Geraldine thought. Giving a heavy sigh, she twisted her body around to face Dylan and gave him a tart stare before taking a seat at her desk.

"Okay class.." Mr. Magnola spoke out clearly, "You may have noticed that some of you have traded partners. I have done this for the best and even if this is not whom you hope to be with, please be respectful to your partner."

Geraldine murmured out some more curses under her breath and gave Dylan another glare before burying her head under her arms in anger. "Respectful..HAH! I'll make sure he never did wish he was my partner for chem and took me away from Cameron." Under the pressure of her arms above her head, she could make out a whisper of joy from the new girl. "Oh my gosh! I can't wait to start doing projects and experiments with you!" Geraldine raised her head to give Mae a death glare but saw that she was to busy gazing at Cameron with admiration. Now Geraldine knew she had to do something before Cameron began falling for Mae.

People say that you get blinded by anger but unfortunately for Geraldine she saw what she feared most. Mae never said anything about experiments it was Mary and her partner Jacob in the lab station next to Cameron's. Mae was only looking at Cameron like that because Cameron was looking at her the same. They realized they had blushed so bad that they laughed a little and smiled and got lost in each others eyes.
