"Hello" we heard someone whisper from outside the door "COME INN" Ria screamed, the door slowly opened and there stood the Matthew Espinosa "Hi" I whispered back while looking down at my hands "okay well I'll leave you two love birds alone" Ria said "RIA" I yelled and she jumped over me and ran to the door. "How are you" Matthew asked "I'm great I mean THE matt Espinosa is right here beside me" I could hear him chuckle "I got this for you" he said looking down at his vans while smiling "Matt" I said "you didn't have to" "open it" I unwrapped the box slowly and inside it was a teddy bear that said get better "Omg matt thanks so much" I said sitting up to hug him, god his hugs were perfect "how are you" I asked while cuddling with the teddy bear "I'm okay" he whispered "whats wrong" I said "oh nothing I'm going on a date with my girlfriend and I just don't know what to get her" I could feel a tear streaming down my face "you have a girlfriend!" I asked the words coming out harsh "yea her name is madison don't cry" he bent down trying to give me a hug I pushed him off "just go please" I whispered while more tears streamed down my face "Maria I'm sorry" "I should of told you but I think I love y-" I cut him off "JUST GO" I said bitterly Ria came into the room to see what was going on "matthew I think she told you to leave" I could see a tear rush from his eye "I'm sorry" "bye" he said while heading for the door. "Fuck" I said "don't worry he isn't worth your tears" Ria said. "Maria guess what" my mom said happily rushing to the hospital bed I was lying in "they are going to release you in five days so you can go to mag-" she stopped when she saw my tear stained face "whats wrong babe?" "Can I be left alone please" I whispered while tears flooded in my eyes, my mom nodded and left with Ria behind her. I closed my eyes and tears streamed I barely even know him, I could feel sleep taking over my body and soon I fell asleep

Matthews prov:

"Just go" I could hear the anger in her voice god I broke her heart I'm such a jerk I heard the door open great I thought "I think she told you to leave" I recognized the voice it was Ria "I'm sorry I whispered "bye" I turned around to head towards the door and tears escaped my eyes "fuck" I could hear Maria say from outside the door I just screwed this whole thing up she was so different and beautiful and I let her down I decided to text her

To: Maria, I'm rly sorry I didn't know you actually liked me I feel like such a jerk ):

Maria' s prov:

I heard my phone go off I reached for the little table that was beside my hospital bed and grabbed my phone ugh it was Matthew I quickly replied:

To: thematthewespinosa, you can't do that to people call them beautiful and then tell them you have a girlfriend it hurt a lot Matthew

I sent the text and went back to bed with my phone in my hand I felt it buzz but I ignored it.
