Izuku's POV//
I got out of my cell and ran to the control panel. I had a very rare quirk; Lightning Dragon Quirk. it allows me to travell by turning my body into electizity or add electrizity into my attacks. I zapped the controll panell, maing all of the cells to open.
"TIME TO GET REVENGE!!!!! LET'S SHOW 'EM WHAT WE ARE MADE OF!!!!" I roared after my speech, starting our riot. I took out nearly everyone of the guard who were in the building.
"WHAT IS THE MEANING OF THIS??????" Tomuro shouted from the higher levels. I felt my blood boil, without thinking I challenged him. "I'm putting an end to this! You will regret the day you were born, Tomuro!" with that, I lungded forward, covering my body with electrizity. I started launching a flurry of attacks. After everything, it was time for the finishing blow.
"LIGHTNING DRAGON'S ROAR!!!!!!!" the attack sent Tomuro flying, giving me enough time to zap the tracking implants on everybodys napes. I also met a girl named Annie, Tomuro had killed her parents. She is one of the new ones. She is 7 years old, and I took her beatings for her. I'll try and go to a Office so I can adopted her tomorow...
