Resilience .

Fall seven times ,rise eight .

Pursue your  passion no matter what. never give up , even when the cards seem stacked against them or they face one hurdle after another .

Resilience is the ability to deal with out setbacks .The more resilient we are ,the easier it will be to pick ourselves up and get back to what adds to the meaning to our lives .

Resilient people knows how to stay focused on their objective , on what matters ,without any discouragement .Their flexibility is their source of strength .They know how to adapt to the change and to the reversals of the fortune .They focus on the things they can control and don't on the things they can't .

Wabi-sabi and ichi-go ichi-e

Wabi-Sabi is a Japanese concept which shows us the beauty of the fleeting , Changeable ,and imperfect nature of the word around us .Instead of searching for the beauty in the perfection ,We should look for the things that are flawed , Incomplete .

A complementary Japanese concept is that of ichi-go ichi-e which can be translated as as "This moment exist only now and wont come again."

Every moment is just present now and it will not come again so in every gathering enjoy rather than worry about the future .

Mabui. (A strange terminology)

Every person has an essence or mabui .This Mabui is our spirit our source of our life force . it is immortal and makes us who we are .

A mabui can also be passed from one person to person by physical contact. A grandmother who leaves her granddaughter a ring transfers a part of mabui to her .Photographs can also be a medium for passing mabui among the people .
