I think Jimin's kisses would be like Hoseok's, they would be a mix between soft and rough, depending on his mood, but they'd definitely be more on the rough side.
I don't think he'd hold kissing back in public, maybe if he was around staff or his or your parents, he may calm down a bit, but other than that, he wouldn't care.
Taehyung
I feel like Taehyung would be soft at first, making sure to not go too far and make you uncomfortable, but when he's in the mood, he'll steal a little bit of Yoongi's tongue technology and use it on your mouth.
