Nique -

Its been 6 months since we killed Lucky and I had my son , Kwense , last month. He was gorgeous and Christian was happy to stay home while I worked everyday .

Regina was now dating Ja'Rai and he had been taking care of her throughout her whole pregnancy and was now helping raise her little girl, Cleo . Reggie seemed happy with him even after Jaheem had died . It was good seeing her move on, its what my brother would have wanted .

Corrina and Nelle still had a soft spot in my heart. Poopy had started working at an oil rig off shore so he was barely home anymore making it just the two of them pretty often. Nelle was 5 going on 21 and had not only the attitude but the brain to match.

Bella and Stunta were planning on getting married . I told her that she had just got out of college and she was young but she wasn't having it. Stunta was trustworthy though and I couldnt see him cheating on my baby sis . She the one I'm worried about.

Brooklyn and Nat were back on good terms even after the Chloe situation. Chloe stayed with them through the rest of her pregnancy and now she was dead . Her baby was beautiful though , no doubt it was Lucky's. Nat named the little girl Rose . So now they had Rose & Malayja . Malayja was only 6 months older than Rose and whenever I went to visit them their house was hectic .

Everything was at a standstill .. but for the past few days I had a bad feeling like something was about to happen ...

Brooklyn -

Rose & Malayja had finally went to sleep. I needed a break bad ...

Nat was laying across my lap in our bed with her hands over her face. Then she sat up and looked at me strange, "What did you say ?"

"What ?" She going crazy talking to me like that ...

"What did you just say ?? Are you fucking somebody else man ??" What the hell .

"I haven't said shit ! You losing yo mind Nat !"

She layed back down, "Damn , I'm sorry bae . I was dreaming or something ."

"Hell yeah you was. I thought I was gone have to beat some sense into you for a second." I said while laughing .

She hit me playfully then we just sat in silence for awhile . We don't get much quiet time with two babies so this was a treat. Then my phone rang and Rose started crying .

"Its Rose Nat ." I said while reaching for my phone .

"How do you know ??"

"She's more high pitched than Malayja." I answered my phone, "Hello ?"

"Hey Brooky ." It was Nique.

"Oh hey boo . Wassup ?"

"I was just wondering if you wanted to take a girls trip before summer was over ?" That sounded nice honestly .

"I don't know . I do have two kids but where would we go ? And who all going ?" I'll just get details and discuss it with Nat later .

"Well me , you, Reggie , Corey , & Bella . & Brazil sounds nice. A beach and a martini. Yasssss ."

"Oh I'm in . Let me talk to Nat ."

"Haha , alright bye girl ."

"Bye babe."

I hung up and Nat was already all up in my face and she had Rose in her arms rocking her back and forth . "What was that ? Are you leaving me ?"

I ignored her question and took Rose out of her arms , "Heyyy mamas baby. Gimme kisses Roro . Mama lovesssss youuuuu."

She was just a month old and she was premie but I talked to Malayja like this when she was little and she's almost talking now.

"Brooklyn you heard me." I almost forgot she was here to be honest.

"I'm going to Brazil with Nique and nem...." I looked down at Rose in my arms and she just looked up at me and slober was around her mouth .

"But baaaabeeee !" She crawled across the bed up beside me and buried her face in my neck. "Please don't go."

It was funny seeing her like this. Nat was usually tough and mean but she was showing me a more vunerable side of herself and it was kind of cute.

I grabbed her chin and turned her face where she had to look at me, "We'll be there for 5 days, Stunta can come stay with you to help with the babies, & I'll call you all the time. Okay ? A vacation isn't going to hurt us."

Nat kissed my lips and laid her head on my chest and we fell asleep ...

Reggie -

Cleo was asleep and Ja'Rai was gone doing something. Nique had called earlier andet me know that we were gonna go to Brazil and of course I was in . Ja'Rai had agreed to watch Cleo for the five days and that was cool cause I trusted him but he's been gone since I told him I was leaving .

I went and showered and did the hygiene thing before bed . I didn't really feel like pajamas so underwear and a black tee would have to do . I checked up on Cleo one more time then got in the bed and text Ja'Rai .

Regina : Yo . Where You At ?

No reply . Eventually I tried going to sleep . Ja'Rai is only a year younger than me, he's 20 & I'm 21, and I understand he's young but when you decided to get in a relationship with me and I trust you with my child there are rules to this.

I turned over to his side of the bed and shed a tear. We had really gotten close the last 6 months and him not being here hurt. Raheem would always be my first love and I wasnt in love with Ja'Rai but I had love for him. While I was sitting thinking I heard the front door open and an unfamiliar female voice .

I rolled Cleo's crib into the closet and locked it then grabbed my gun that was under the mattress and began tip toeing downstairs with it pointed. As I got closer I could hear her voice clearer.

"Ja'Rai I missed you so much . I'm glad you called I would love to help with your little situation . I just hope I won't be in the way of anything or intruding." She was standing by the door with three big suitcases and Ja'Rai was standing with her nodding and smiling.

The girl looked older than me, light skinned, long light brown hair, green eyes, big pink lips, and freckles everywhere. I stepped a little closer and almost put my gun down until I saw Ja'Rai hug her tight to him and they stayed like that for awhile . Shaking my head, another cheating ass nigga.

I stepped around the corner and pointed the gun at both of them, "What the fuck is this ?!"

Ja'Rai looked at me with scared eyes and raised his hands. The girl smiled and took a step towards me, "Hi hun, I'm Ja'Rai's sister, Patricia, but you can call me Pooh. He asked me this morning to come help care for your daughter while you were away and I couldn't help but say yes. Can I meet her ?"

I put my gun in my waistband and began laughing, "Of course. Follow me and Ja'Rai I wouldn't have shot either of you. Unless y'all would've kissed."

He smirked and followed us upstairs. Pooh was in love with Cleo so I called the girls and we made the big decision to leave that night . Brazil was gonna be amazing ...
