Chapter 1

Ashley's POV

After a long day of work I decide to go to Starbucks. No ones waiting for me anyway, since my roommate moved in with her boyfriend.

I walk into Starbucks and notice a boy with light brown hair, he seems pretty cute.

I tell the barista my order a iced coffee, my uzhe.

I notice when I am ordering my drink, the boy that I noticed earlier on seems pretty pissed.

"Iced coffee for Ash."

"Finally" he murmurs to himself unaware that he is pretty loud.

As I go get my iced coffee the guy follows me. I shrug it off.

As we both reached for my coffee, we exchange confused glares mine is more confused than his is more 'piss off'

"Excuse me, this is my coffee!" I try to be polite

"Um, I don't think so" he says, I can tell he's trying to be nice but I can sense his annoyance

After our little argument the barista calls another order.

"Iced coffee for Ash"

" I didn't order 2" I say.

We both let go of our coffee and look at each other than back at the barista.

The barista gets the clue and asks the other barista

"Which iced coffee is which?"

"The first one was for the girl." She says

And I smirk at apparently ash.

"So I guess were the Ashs" he says and giggles

" I'm Ashley"

"I'm Ashton"

"Well see around" I say and leaving Starbucks.

When I came home to my empty apartment and changed into my lounge clothes and started working more for the lost time that I wasted arguing with Ashton for 30 min.

I work at tumblr for international marketing so I'm back and forth from Sydney to New York every 4 months for a week.

•The Next Day•

I woke up with a massive headache.

I ate breakfast, took a shower, brush my teeth.

Wore my usual preppy casual outfit, skinny jeans, a button down short sleeve top ,oxfard shoes and a zip up hoodie if it gets cold at the office and my hair is in usual beachy waves.

Then I go to work I usually finish at 4 since it's Friday.
