Sam's POV
"HEY (Y/N) COME HERE PLEASE!" I yell from my room "what's up?" (Y/n) says standing under my door frame. I motion for her to come over to me. She walks twords me and closes the door on the way over. "What's up?" She asks "hey do you know what's going on with colby?" I ask "um depends" she answers "like about depression" I say a bit quieter "oh yeah, why?" She asks "because I walked in on him cutting himself" I answer "Fuck..." She mumbles she then pulls out her computer and shows me a compilation of Colby saying depressing and suicidal things. "What the hell is this?" I ask in disbelief "um, Colby asked me to cut out all of his depressing moments and I've been making a compilation on all of them" she answers. "I'm gonna talk to him" (y/n) says
(Y/N)'s POV
I knock on Colby's door "come in" he yells. I walk in and pull up his sleeves. "Just what I expected, Colby what the fuck" I say with tears in my eyes he is looking at his feet. "I'm sorry, I just can't take it anymore" he says still looking down. "Yes you can" I say. I hug him he hugs me back. I sit and his bed and say "tell me what's up, tell me what's bothering you" "my girlfriend just broke up with me first of all and second I feel like you guys are fading away from me." He says "Colbs no one is fading away from you we have just been busy and your girlfriend was abusive, so don't feel bad Colbs. We are your family" I tell him he doesn't say anything just pulls me in for another hug, but this time he is holding me. He looks at me and says "I really appreciate you, and I feel like I don't show you enough, I really really appreciate everything you have done for me." He whispers he looks at me in the eyes. We were about to kiss but then Elton called me. "What the fuck Elton" I say "I'll be back, I promise" I continue i walk out of his room and answer the phone. "Hello?" I ask "Hey so I've got Sam up stairs hiding in Colby's closet already ready to surprise him" Elton says over the phone "oh ok, um for how long?" I ask "Idk like 10 minutes now we are waiting for you" Elton answers "I'll be down there in a minute" I say before hanging up "shit" I mumble under my breathe. I walk downstairs.
Colby's POV
All of a sudden Sam bursts out of my closet. "Surprise!" Sam says. "Follow me" he also says. We walk out of my room and into the living room. A bunch of my friends jump out and yell surprise. I put on a faks smile and greet everyone.
(Y/N)'s POV
Everyone was having a great time. I walked around the party area for a couple minutes trying to find Colby. Eventually I just go up to his room. When I walk in he was sitting there playing with his hands. I close his door and sit next to him "Colby shouldn't you be downstairs?" I ask "yeah, but parties aren't really my thing lately" he says still staring at his hands. "Colby look at me" I tell him, he looks at me. He has bags under his eyes. "Thanks for throwing me a party" he says he tucks a piece of hair behind my ear and kisses me. "Colby?" I say surprised "I'm sorry you just look so beautiful" he says those words made me blush, I've never thought of him like that before. I hold his hand and say "c'mon let's go down there and have fun" i say, he gives in and stands up. He grabs my hand and walks out of his room. We are instantly greeted by Sam. Colby let's go of my hand quickly. "Back in the room both of you, we need to have a talk" Sam commands us. We obey his orders and sit on colby's bed. "What's going on between you two first of all?" He asks "nothing we were just talking" Colby says "I don't think friends just almost kiss" sam says "Second of all how come you guys are in rooms alone all the time?" He continues "because we are friends" I say. "Look lets just go party and have fun" I continue.
