Jake turns over in bed and admires his pregnant girlfriend sleeping. Erika opens her eyes slowly to see Jake smiling at her
Ja: Good morning my beautiful gf
Er: morning
Ja: we have the first scan today right
Er: that's today, I totally forgot
Ja: I can't wait to see you baby
He puts his hand on Erikas stomach and kisses it
Er: Jake stop i need to get dressed
Erika gets off the bed and goes to her dresser while Jake picks her up and throws her on the bed
Er: Jake seriously
Erika gets off the bed again and picks out clothes to wear. She wears blue ripped jeans and a pink t-shirt and a black jacket.
Ja: damn babe you look hot
Er: let's go
They arrive and Erika books herself in at reception then sits down with Jake holding her hand
Er: I'm kinda nervous babe
Ja: why, we are seeing the most wonderful thing that's growing inside you. I can't wait
Er: I know
Nurse: Erika Costell
Erika and Jake follow the nurse and Erika gets on the bed while Jake sits next to her holding her hand. The nurse puts the gel on Erikas stomach and gets the probe and moves it around on her stomach.
Er: can you tell me how many weeks I am. And if I'm having a boy or girl
Nur: it looks like you are 6 weeks gone. And it's a boy.
Ja: babe it's a boy. I'm having a son
Er: I'm so excited
Jake goes up to her and kisses her on her lips
Next day and they reveal the gender to their families and rockthony
Ang: oh a little boy how delightful
Ant: congratulations Jerika
They go out and buy baby boy clothes and items
8 months later and Erika is nearly ready to meet her son
Jake is upstairs sending emails and Erika is washing dishes when she feels her first contraction
