The Star in My Sky ( A Sonadow Fanfic )

Uh oh! Someone found out!

As time past, Sonic hid his starmobian form from the world by looking like a normal mobian who is the fastest thing in the world. He didn't want anyone to know that he was, in fact, a starmobian. I mean, Tails knew, but Sonic knew that Tails would keep it a secret. 

He also started to fall for his rival, Shadow the Hedgehog, who was also his racing buddy, his grumpy pants to annoy. Shadow looked a lot like Sonic knew, but couldn't put a finger on it. He didn't have all his past memories yet. But sometimes, his past memories just ... came to him. Sonic sighed, resting his elbow on the windowsill, as he watched the rainfall to the ground. He remembered how sweet Lancelot used to be when he was alive with the small memories he did have of his past. He couldn't completely remember what Lance use to look like.

Soon, his train of thoughts was broken when a knock came from his door. Tails poked his head from the garage door. He was covered head to toe in gasoline or oil, whatever black substance was on him, with goggles on and wrench in hand. Sonic opened the door and gasped as Tails wipes his face. 

" Who's at the door, Sonic? " 

" I am at the door, fox "

" Oh, boy ... " 

It was Shadow the Hedgehog. Sonic let Shadow in as Tails sighed, clearly annoyed. Sonic went into the kitchen to calm down his heartbeat and anxiety by making a chilidog. Why was Shadow? What was his purpose being here? Tails decided to ask his questions, being the mind reading brother he is.

" Shadow, why are you here? What do you want? "

You could hear the venom dripping from his voice. All Shadow did was huff in annoyance before responding. 

" Hmph, I'm here for Sonic. It's a private issue. " 

Sonic was confused, yet scared. Did they ... no, he couldn't, only Tails knew, and he wouldn't tell Shadow. Sonic came out of the kitchen, stuffing his chilidog into his mouth in nervousness. Tails decided to go back to his lab in the garage. It was only the ebony stripped hedgehog and the azure one in the living room. 

" Sonic ... "

He gulped. His heart pounding and sweat forming. What could Shadow want this time?

" Yes, Shadow? " 

" G.U.N found no past records of you before you became a hero. "

Sonic gulped louder this time. Oh, Sugar Honey Ice Tea.

// A/N: You are going to see quite a few of these since I made this also during school. //

" Oh really? " 

" Yes, G.U.N wants you now. " 

" Oh, um, tell them I'm busy. "

" Exactly what are you busy with? " 

Oh no! Shadow stumped him! Sonic started to sweat, he didn't want to be revealed! Sonic stopped what he was doing and stared at Shadow. Shadow got confused when Sonic dropped to the ground and rolled out the door. // I Thank ElvisICanDig for this part XD // Shadow growled and went out the door and saw no rolling Sonic. What the hell ...? 

Shadow goes back inside and pounds the garage door. He was angry, yet utterly confused on the whole situation. Why did he not hear chaos control? He couldn't have run away because of 1) Shadow would have caught him getting up. 2) There would have been footprints from Sonic running off somewhere. Lastly, 3) There would've been dust tracked up from Sonic running. 

The door opened to reveal an irritated fox. He squished his brows together and looked up to the ebony hedgehog in front of him. What did Shadow want this time, the fox wondered. 

" What do you need, Shadow? " 

You can hear the irritation in the voice of the young voice. 

" Sonic just ... disappeared! "

Oh, Fudge Unicycling Cats Krackling. // Look, I tried :/ // Tails had to go find a blue star in the woods again that sounds like a heartbeat.

" Alright Shadow, follow me. Don't mention this to Sonic when you find out, or else. "

Tails tried to be menacing but failed. The ebony mobian only hmmed as a response. Tails and Shadow left the small, simple, yet pleasing house. It was like an aesthetic house you would see in Google Images™. Shadow had to admit, his blue rival had some sort of taste in houses ... at least. 

They walked some time in the woods. Tails had stopped, making the ebony one halt in his steps. The dark one was about to growl until he flickered his ears. A ... heartbeat? Tails signaled Shadow into the bushes. Shadow hid and watched as Tails picked up a ... blue star?! Shadow was utterly confused now as he continued to watch the scenario upon him. Tails hummed a tune, a soft melody that would make a child fall asleep. It was like something out of a ... what did Amy call it again ...? Oh yeah, anime! It was like something out of an anime.

There was glow, then it flashed. Shadow covering his eyes so he wouldn't be blinded by the light. Once it died down, he uncovered his eyes and he mentally gasped, his jaw dropping a bit. It was ...
