"I'm.... Hungry," I said. That wasn't the secret but I WAS hungry so it counts. Piper glared.
"Umm okay," Percy said, handing me half his sandwich.
"Thanks honey." I kissed him on the cheek.
"Annabeth your acting weird. Tell me what you were really going to say. And don't say nothing because I know you Annabeth. I want to know so I can help with whatever it is."
Wow that hit me with a wave of concern. I could hear worry in his voice and see the concern on his face. Now or never Annabeth. He has to find out sometime and it's better you tell him now than him finding out later.
"Okay. PercyI'mpregnantandit'syoursofcoursebutwedon'thavetokeepitifyoudon'twanttobutI'dlovetohaveababy," I said, all in one word.
"Um what? I didn't understand a word you said. Can you repeat it? At a normal pace?
"Percy I'm pregnant and it's yours of course. We don't to keep it is-"
"Whoa what makes you think I don't want this baby Annabeth? It's awesome and even if we're young we can do this. We can do anything as long as we're together," Percy interrupted me with a grin too big for his face.
"Good because I really wanted this baby."
A chorus of Aw's went around the table. Even Clarisse. But of course Veronica had to show up to ruin this perfect moment.
"Percy please tell me what she's done to force you to marry her. All I want to do is help," Veronica said.
"I chose to marry her Veronica. It took me weeks to work up the courage to propose to her because she's smart, funny, brave, talented, and not to mention gorgeous. It doesn't matter what happens I will love her until the day I die. She's the only one for me and I'm sure of that. I am the luckiest man alive because she could have any guy and she chose me," Percy said. Does he really think that? In all honesty I don't deserve him.
"Annie Belle, or whatever your name is, your right. You dont deserve him," Veronica sneered. Percy was bout to reply when a woman stormed in.
