Fitting In

Alana's POV

You would think that starting over at a new school is hard, but for me it's really easy.

My mom came in and shook me and said

"Alana it's your first day of senior year."

I didn't wanna wake up so I said

"mmmhhhmm."

Tucker climbed up to my face and kept licking it. I started to laugh and then I picked him up and gave him a big hug.

He started chewing on my sweater so I got out of bed and set him on the floor.

"Don't forget to make your bed."

My mom yelled from across the hall.

I got out my clothes for the day. I was gonna wear my black and white floral tank top with my high waisted shorts and my crème sweater.

I would also wear my red vans. Oh how I loved my vans I wore them almost everyday.

I hopped in the shower and started singing Stay High when I heard the door being unlocked.

I slowly stopped singing when my brother popped in and screamed at me.

"Alana smile for the camera!"

Brad had his phone in his hand taking a video.

I had a handful of soap and I peeked my head out of the curtain and said

"Brad if u don't get out of here and stop that video I will throw this soap in your eyes."

Brad gave me that dead serious look and stayed like that for a few minutes.

"I already learned that lesson before I don't need to learn it again."

He walked out and closed the door.

"You better delete that video!"

I screamed at him.

I finished my shower and blow dried my hair and straightened it. I put my clothes on and did my makeup.

I had grayish eye shadow on with black mascara and black eyeliner.

I put my mint eos on and went downstairs. I saw Brad at the table looking at pictures.

I could honestly care less about what he's looking at but I wanted to bug him so I did.

"Hey Bradley whatcha looking at."

I teased him because I know he hates being called by his first name.

"None of your business and don't call me Bradley."

He was pissed. He had to break up with his girlfriend because long distance wouldn't work.

"Well Mr. cranky pants if u wanna get to school on time you better hop in my car right now."

"I'm coming I'm coming."
