Skipping a step

Alana's POV

I stared at him in disbelief. I just went bat shit crazy on him and all he go out of that was cocky son of a bitch?

"You.."

"Are incredibly sexy."

He finished.

I slowly turned towards him. I was about to strangle this boy he was so confident and annoying.

"Okay okay I get it I'll stop."

He said putting his hands up in surrender.

I just sat there for a minute staring at him. His perfectly tanned body glistening in the sunlight. His brown hair in a perfect quiff and his hazel eyes complementing everything.

His muscles showing and his abs slightly noticeable through his t-shirt. Snap out of it you can't fall for him he's a player.

"If your done drooling I wanna talk to you."

I snapped out of it and looked at his face and by the warmth of my cheeks I could tell I was blushing.

"Your so cute when you blush."

I stared at Cameron shocked then I giggled like a little kid.

"Did I just say that aloud?"

He asked slightly embarrassed.

"Yes yes you did. Is there anything else you would like to compliment me on?"

I asked while trying not to burst out laughing.

"No but I would like to teach your how to skateboard."

I looked at him confused until he pulled a skateboard out from behind his back. He stood up and hopped on all while never breaking eye contact with me.

"Come on I'll teach you."

He rode back over towards me. He gave me a half smile then he took my hand and got off the board.

He then took my other hand and told me to step on the board. He told me where to place my feet. The he stood behind me on the board.

He took his shirt off. I was surprised at first then I remembered it was like 90 degrees outside.

I had to admit I was dying in my jeans, grey top, black flats and with the plaid shirt tied around my waist.

He started to push off the ground with his foot while his hands held mine. His hands were big compared to mine.

It reminded me of something you would see in a movie. The boy teaches the girl to skateboard then they become close friends over time then they eventually kiss.

I didn't realize we were moving until I looked at the ground. Holy shit we are moving!

"This is so cool!"

I practically screamed. Cameron chucked at my reaction. We were going in circles around the water fountain.

"Al you wanna try to ride for a while?"

I was a little apprehensive about it I had never ridden by myself.

"Will you still stay on the board?"

I asked shy and a little embarrassed.

"Of corse whatever you want."

Before I knew it I was making us go in circles around the fountain like Cam had before. It was so fun. I'm actually pretty good at...

"Alana stop!"

Cam grabbed my waist and before I knew it we were in the fountain soaked by water. Oh my god what did I do.

"Are you ok?"

Cam asked me.

"Yeah I'm so sorry Cam I wasn't paying atten..."

I started to cry a little because I was embarrassed and I felt really bad.

"Hey it's fine it was an old board and plus now we know you aren't as bad at skateboarding as you say you are."

"Thank you."

I said barley audible.

I stared into Cameron's eyes so lost. I saw something in his eyes but I didn't know what it was. Then he leaned in closer until his soft warm lips met mine.

He pulled me closer while I kissed back. Now I was straddling his hips and his hands were on my hips.

I played with his soft brown hair while he deepened the kiss. I pulled away to catch my breath.

"Alana!"

Cam whined.

"Shh."

I whispered before my lips met his again. You know how I said earlier It reminded me of something you would see in a movie.
