Chapter 4. Jellal's Farewell

Something terrible happened....

Jellal had to move school.

His parents thought the school was to far to travel to and would probably take 1 hour to get here.

Tears rushed down my face like a waterfall.

I sat in the corner of my room and sobbed all day.

Me: N-Noo. This can't be true....

I sniff loudly and go back to crying.

My room would probably be flooded by now.

I go to bed and still sob. But very quietly.

My parents worry about me too and it makes them feel sad , seeing their child depressed.

I wake up.

I stare at the birds chirping outside.

They stare back.

Now they all fly away.

I must look like a monster now.

I cried last night and my makeup is all screwed up.

Me : School starts in 1 hour. Last time I will see him.

I sigh loudly.

Me : Let's get ready , ok Erza ?

I dress properly and formal today because this will be the last time I see the guy that stood up for me.

I hop in Mum's car and reach out for my phone.

The phone makes a noise , telling me I have several notifications .

Some for games, some for Instagram and mostly messaging.

I check the games and Instagram for a while.

Then I move onto Messaging.

I sigh.

I opened the first tab and read through it .

Me : Why bother asking for a free vacuum cleaner ? I have loads at home . Meh.

I check the second tab.

Nothing interesting, really.

Then, I move on to the third and last one.

From : Jellal

It Reads.

Message from Jellal : Hi Erza , I'm awfully sorry for the bad news. I will be moving to Bonnyrigg High. I don't want to move . I wanna stay here with you and protect you from all the chaos and trouble that has been going through you. Without me , I don't know how you would go through this high school. Sorry, I cannot find any other solution to this problem

I tear up.

I repetitively sniff and sniff until my face feels fogged up.

I feel like a grandma, but hopefully I'm not.

I will be , though.

Mum : Terrible news , eh ?

Me : Yeaaa, J-Jellal is leaving!!

I cry loudly and fidget.

Me : I cannot deal with this. I don't know how to .

Me : WAIT !! I HAVE A SOLUTION!
