chapter two

let me inform you on the basic rules of time-travel .

number one rule for a time-traveler..

YOU ARE FORBIDDEN TO TELL ANYONE

yeah i know, kinda obvious .

but if i tell anyone, and i mean ANYONE, like not even my own family (besides my mom of coarse)..

i will have my time-traveling ability taken away from me, and live an entirely different life .

i mean i would have to start from the beginning .

like being reborn or something; but instead of being myself again, i would be a different identity .

another important rule in time-traveling is that when you master it, you can't take it for granted .

if i try and show off to a beginner time-traveler, it will go horribly wrong . there are still time-travelers out there, stuck in another time dimension, and may never get out .

one last important rule to time-traveling..

you can't do it all of the time . if you do, people with question . you won't be in your time period, and you might get stuck .

it was an ordinary day today at school . i didn't pay much attention though . devlyn had informed me that a new kid was coming in as a beginner . and since I've been practicing the longest out of anybody, i was always her go-to tour guide .

she said he was about my age, maybe a little younger . i always love seeing newbies . how frightened they are, and confused on why they were chosen for time-travel .

at times, i hated being the person to show new comers around . i wanted to stay 100% in paying attention to time-traveling . i need to stay focused and determined .

the school bell's ring stung my ear drum and snapped me back to reality . it was the end of the school day . i smiled to myself and packed up quickly . i was one of the shyest girls' you would ever meet .

i was bullied at times for not getting "out there" or not "standing out" but it never got to me .

i was walking slightly fast down the halls to my locker to get my books for studying . i heard one of the jock guys tell to his friend, "ha.. look at letta . hurrying up to do her telekinesis shit."

i gave him a funny look, shrugged it off, and continued to pack up my things .

i stepped off to my secret spot behind my school . i know it sounds kind of childish but no one can see anything back there .

whenever I'm about to time-travel, i always meditate; just to clear out my mind and cleanse my inner body .

now, here's the tough part. there's an ancient alien chant that time-travelers have to learn and memorize in order to time-travel. this chant triggers undiscovered nerves in the brain, which allows you to pause, rewind, and fast forward time.

humans underestimate the brain. it's not like I'm not a full human. i am a one of the rare erazamas. it's basically a fancy name to call a time-traveler.

going back to this chant, you just have to start by repeating it in your mind, then quietly start to say it aloud. over and over and over. you will start to feel dizzy; like the earth is spinning but you are still. like you are trapped in a chamber that constantly turns, and you don't have any power over it.

the louder you repeat this chant, the dizzier you'll feel.

the first time i time-traveled, i freaked out. let me tell you this; it will get your adrenaline pumping. it's a terrifying, yet an amazing feeling.

after this spinning motion ends, everything freezes. nothing has movement. once this happens, you, have stopped time. you now have to decide where you'd like to go; wether you'd like to see your future, maybe the past to see prehistoric creatures, maybe to heaven, maybe to hell. you now can go anywhere you'd like.

but, the best place to go when you first time-travel is present day 'Time-Traveler HQ', up in space.

obviously i cannot give out this important chant. if i did, i will get my time-traveling ability taken away, and the world may end. everyone will be able to time-travel, and nothing would be the same.

time-traveling is a dangerous thing, that i still question about. but that's one of the worst things you could do; is question a blessing.

but.. is my power a true blessing? if i give out the key to time-traveling by accidental occurrences, then the world would be in danger. i don't think that would happen with a blessing; am i wrong?

hey guys! i'm so sorry that i haven't updated in a while . i've been soo busy . i'm starting school soon so i've been getting ready .
