"Thanks Mom, Dad. I'm setting off." I smiled and pulled them into a big, tight hug.
"It's fine Raine. Go now. Study well okay?" my mother said sobbing while planting a kiss in my forehead.
"Now buddy. It seems like you're going to have an adventure on your own. Don't forget us okay?" my father said petting my head.
"Yeah sure. Mom, Dad. Bye. " I kissed them again and entered the cab Mom hired a while ago to escort me. I sighed.
Well as you can see, I'm having a house of my own. It's kinda far away from here so, notice the drama of my mom? Yeah, that's it.
By the way, before I forget, I'm Raine. Raine el Nikk. Strange surname right? I also don't know. Well, let it be.. Just take note. I'm not a boy. IT'S A GIRL.
I peeked out of the window,sliding it down a bit. I'm gonna miss this, really.

I fully closed the window cause I know I might not be able to move on if I keep on staring our village. I closed my eyes for a bit and lost consciousness.

I was awakened by the sound of loud sirens banging through my ears. I once again peeked out the window and found that I'm already in town.
"Um, mister. How far will be my place?" I asked out of blue.
"Just a few blocks from here ma'am." then the driver do some pointing actions.
"Oh, alright." The traffic started to disperse and several minutes the cab stopped in front of a cottage.
I stepped out the cab just to see my new home clearer. I whistled once i walked out. Dang, it's beautiful. Well to describe, it has a yard, not too big, not too small, just right for me. I rested my luggages in the bench near the mailbox and notice the old woman coming to my direction.
"Oh, dearie. So you are my new neighbor? " the old woman chuckled low but kind of soothing. Just like my grandma.
"I guess so. " I smiled cheerfully.
"So what's your name dearie?"
"Raine."
"Beautiful name." she said then drifted away singing some lullaby.
I pushed through the gates dragging my belongings with me, and pushed it back making sure I locked it. I opened my door then found my place pretty big.
"Wow." I gasped.
It has a wide living room, a kitchen with a dark counter, and I see a door heading to my room. I scampered on the way to my room and find it huge.
"I can't believe this! woaah." oh my god if you can just see my face, I'm smiling like crazy.
I fixed my things and placed it on the drawers. The furniture's good, they're sturdy and the whole place is air-conditioned. Like brand new.
"aahhh" I groaned.
"I'm tired. Maybe a little sleep will do." I switched off my lamp and it flickered off.
