Susie x Noelle (chapter 3)

Time skip - at the school ; 7:00 AM
P.o.v change : Noelle
Noelle stood by Susie's locker, she was contemplating if she should either give the basket to Susie or leave it there for her. But her indecisiveness didn't let her chose, and by the time she was going to settle to do something Susie was already standing behind her.
"Noelle, what are you doing in front of my locker..?" She tried asking politely, but already knew she came off as intimidating. She held the rose tightly in her hand.
"W-well I, um, i-" Noelle started to stutter, her face turned red. Susie looked at her, she started to blush a little too, she thought it was cute.
"I-it's okay you don't need ex-" before Susie could finish her sentence Noelle quickly held out the basket with two hands toward Susie with her head down. Susie ,feeling confident ,took the opportunity to put the rose she had in Noelle's hair. Noelle was surprised, she flinched a little. Her whole face was now red. Susie took the basket, Noelle stood up straight and held her head up looking straight at Susie. Susie looked at the basket for a while, even thought her eyes were covered by hair, she then revealed her eyes to Noelle and winked at her. Susie then walked away. Noelle blushed an even more deep red, and she then started to squeal.
Time skip - in class - 8:30 AM
P.O.V change - Susie
"That...was the boldest thing I've ever done in my life.." she said to Kris looking down at her hands.
"I've been waiting for you to say something or... do anything, I always sensed it." Kris replied while working on the project.
"I.. I heard squealing when I left.. heh" Susie chuckled a little bit.
"So you're really going to prom with Noe then?" Kris looked up at her.
"Well.... duh, thought that was obvious by now.." Susie looked back and then at the project, "also this shuttle looks like shit, needs a more menacing look."
"Well sorry if I'm trying to make it look like an.. I dunno, an actual space shuttle." Kris replied with an an attitude.
"Hey.. don't give me that fuckin attitude young man..!" Susie played into the attitude he gave.
"Pfft, your not my mom.." he retaliated in a playful manner. They both started to laugh together, some of the other students in the classroom flinched and were surprised to hear Susie's laughter. The only one who wasn't totally surprised was Noelle, she heard her laugh before, and when it happened before she was too.
"Okay but seriously man, we needa get working on this project before everyone finishes before we do.." Susie said trying not to laugh anymore. "Hey Susie..." Kris stopped laughing and went into a more serious tone.
"Yeah...?" Susie felt nervous, she thought he was gonna say something really weird.
"We should go back to the DarkWorld tomorrow..." Kris said with a quiet tone.
"Sure, maybe we can bring Noelle if things between us go.. well." Susie responded. Kris gave a quiet sigh.
"Susie.. I don't know if we can bring Noelle," he sighed again, "She's known to be scared of things like this and, you remember what Jevil said. The knight, he'll come soon.. and we both don't want her getting hurt." Susie placed her hand on his shoulder.
"Kris, we're Delta Warriors, we can't die. And we'll all protect her together," she gave him a reassuring look, "You still have Jevil's tail right?"
"Of course, I kept all of the items for when we go back." He answered.
"Good, then she should be able to come," she removed her hand from Kris's shoulder, "everything will turn out alright okay?"
"Okay..," he felt a little more confident, "we can bring her along then, we'll never know if there's more about Delta Rune than we think.."
"That's the spirit..!" Susie punched him in the shoulder.
"Owww," Kris started to laugh a little, "let's get to work now.."
"Alrighty, I'll go get more tape.." Susie responded.
