"Well that's going to change." Harry says. "How." You ask. "Tom, may you please buy (y/n) a phone" Harry says with a cheeky grin "WHAT, N-NO..." the 3 brothers look at tom with pleading eyes "pleeeeeaaaase Tom" paddy gives Tom puppy dog eyes and no one can Resist paddy's puppy dog eyes

"Paddy you're not 14 any more, those eye wont work" Tom looks away like he's trying to resist his Younger brother's eyes. Some how paddy Manages to make him eyes bigger and when Tom looks back his face goes annoyed, and you can tell he finally broke.
