Gaara Love Story- Pain and Agony

I was being roughly dragged lagainst my will on the dirt floor, my head bumped against rocks, and logs.

I was pulled upward, hanging of a tree. Zak approached me.

"See, I told you. You couldn't escape."

While Zak was trying to intimidate me with all of his talking. I tried to think of an idea. What can I do to get back my chakra!?  

Trees? Duh Trees! 

I raised myself up to the tree branch, and put a firm grip it. 

Earth Style: Absorbtion Jutsu!  

I instantly felt recharged. I should've thought of this earlier, absorbing the trees life force/energy will bring back my chakra.

I released my chakra into the chakra strings that were hoisting me up. They bursted into flames.

I landed on my feet.  

"Earth Style: Caccoon!"

Wood erupted under Zak and formed a circle around him. Now he was completely surrounded by wood. 

I heard a faint yell "What the hell, get me out of here!"

Zak now was trapped.

"Banging on it won't do anything. It also blocks your chakra." I yelled back.

I pointed my finger to the wood. "Now you can die."

By a flick of my finger many thin wooden spikes shot threw the circle of wood. I broke the wood in half and it fell to the ground. All you could see was red blood splattered everywhere inside, and a dead body with wooden spikes.

I-I felt great. I haven't killed someone in a while. I broke my habit but...It feels amazing to just be the holder of someone's life, you have the power to take it.

No, I can't feel this way. Come on snap out of it! I turn into that monster I was years ago, I came here to start a new life...

The same people from my past dream appeared before me.

"Well done Maru." The snake said.

"I didn't mean to..."

"Oh but you did, you felt the rush and goodness of murdering him didn't you?"

All I could do was look down, I couldn't admit it but it was true.

"Maru, just come with us and we'll take care of you. This is where you belong, Join us."

"Maru!!!!" a familiar voice yelled.

I looked at Gaara then walked towards the man from my dream and we teleported.

Gaara's POV--------------------------

I was running through the forest the wind cutting at my arms and legs, trying to pull me back but I wouldn't allow it.

"Maru!!!" I yelled.

She gave me a hurt look and teleported with Orchimaru and the Akatsuki.

I ran over to the spot they vanished in. 

I saw something I thought I'd never see.  

Zak's dead body. 

Blood filled the area, there was wood and Sharp wooden sticks.

What's going on?
