the rain it falls,
from the sky
like balls
why are they called raindrops
i do not know
cos they look like balls
i step out in the rain
on this rainy day
and watch
as the rain falls
and suddenly
a burst of light
comes out through the clouds
the sun!
i feel it burn
and i wish
i wish for the rain to return
