The love of a Daughter (Izuku X Daughter!Reader)-Discontinued

Prologue

The green-haired hero ran around the smoke-filled building searching for any survivors, once he reached the top floor he had mostly concluded all the inhabitants had exited the building.

 As he was about to evacuate himself, he had heard what seemed to be the mixture of coughing and crying. He rushed towards the voice making detours due to some parts of the ceiling had collapsed.

  After, reaching the voice he had found a young girl around the age of 4, sobbing her eyes out while shaking what had seemed to be her mother."Excuse me miss are you okay?"

 The girl turned to look at Izuku worry evident in her eyes."Yes...bu-but...mommy won't wake up."

 Izuku looked at the (h/c) haired woman who laid out on the floor, it was obvious that she was dead but how was he supposed to explain that to a 4-year-old. 

Blinking he decided on what he would do."It's okay, mommy just has to come out of this building first. Okay?" 

 "O-okay..."Izuku then picked up the woman holding her onto his back with one hand. He then picked up the child holding her close to his chest. He then made his way down to the ambulance with the two survivors.

 After discussing the massive fire with the police Izuku couldn't help but wonder about the girl he had saved. 

 He was now able to get a good look at her. She had held similar features to him like his dark green hair and her freckles except she had big and bright (E/c) eye and (S/c) skin. She wore a red T-shirt with a picture of Bakugou in his hero suit posing and in large bold words his hero name 'Ground Zero' * was shown underneath, she also had a pair of blue shorts.

 " Mister hero? Will my mommy be okay?"

 Izuku knelt down to reach her height he looked down before deciding to tell her the truth. "Yes, but you won't see her again..." 

 "Why? "

 "Your mother....has gone to heaven..." He looked down unable to look at the heartbreak in the girl's eyes. But was surprised as she latched onto him sobbing her heart out. Embracing her he rubbed small circles onto her back as an attempt to comfort her. 

 After a while, her sobs turned into quiet snores. A black-haired cop walked up to the two. "Deku, Thanks for taking care of her. I'm sure I wouldn't be able to take the waterworks." 

 "No problem, Shirigawa. But what's going to happen to her now that her mom is gone?"

 "Well we're gonna have to search for any family but if none, She will be put in foster care. Same old thing." 

 "If it's no trouble can she stay with me until then?" 

 "Huh? Sure, But why?"

 "B-because she seems to warm up to me...and... Uhh, she might feel comfortable with someone she knows!"

 "Haha, Alright then see ya later!" Shirigawa walked away to go converse with her squad.

 "See you!"

 Once he had gotten home he first laid the girl in an empty guest room next to his before heading to his room to change.

 He checked on the girl once again before heading downstairs to make something for both of them to eat. 

 (Y/n) blinked rapidly as she looked around the empty room. She jumped down off the bed shivering at contact, she made her way downstairs. She peeked into the kitchen and watched as Izuku made dinner.

 She waited until he finished cooking before she spoke up. "Um excuse me mister, but who are you and where am I?"

 Izuku turned around with a gentle smile on his face before replying. "Hi little one, My name is Izuku, the hero who saved you. And you are at my home." 

 "Thank you Izuku-San, and you can call me (Y/n)!" The elder nodded before placing the food onto the table and informing (y/n) it was time to eat. 

 Once dinner was finished Izuku gave (Y/n) an old all might onesie he had as a child and sending her to sleep. "Goodnight (Y/n)," Izuku said ruffling her hair before retreating to his room.
