I was always the weird kid, the... odd one out as some may say. I have always had this way of getting whatever I want whenever I wanted it. People didn't even remember doing these things even though they did them so frequently. Even though I had this way of getting things I wasn't spoiled. It's not like I asked for $20 every day. But throughout school people knew of my... "talent" and steered clear of me because they thought I would "mind control" them or something crazy like that. So I was always alone. My mother, who I love dearly, took notice of my "talent" and without me knowing sent an application to some private school and she told me it was for "people like me". So here I stand before the doors of the school.

The doors open and I'm greeted by a small boy who looks about 10. He leads me to the principle's office so she can give me my schedule and a school map. I go up to her and sit in a chair and she hands me three papers the first one my school map the second one my schedule but the third was titled "How To kidnap A Man" and she shooed me off before I could tell her she gave me an extra paper. So I followed the map to the dorms upstairs all the way to the end of the hall which was apparently mine. I walked in and found my roommate had already gotten here and claimed one side so I went to the other side and unpacked my stuff. Once I unpacked and decorated I lay on my bed and got out that paper the principle handed me and started reading.

Once I was done with that "great" piece of "art" I got out my schedule and looked at what classes I had. "Potions, Art, Controlling, Math, Magic History? What's with this school? 'Magic History' there's no such thing as magic." I thought to myself when all the sudden the doors burst open. A very loud, brown-haired girl came sliding into the bookcase she set up and books went everywhere. I got to go help her when I barely took one step she snapped her finger and all the books went back in the shelf and the room was back to normal. I just stood there in shock. "Maybe magic is real..." I thought to myself as I gazed in wonder and amazement at the girl who appears to be my new roommate.

"Hi! My names Rebecca but you can just call me Becca if you'd like! What's your name?" she says with a smile and wave. "Oh! uh, it's Alex." I say as I snap back to reality, or what seems to be reality. "Well its nice to meet you Alex but I need to go I have a Student Council meeting so I guess I'll see you later roomie!" She says as she grabs some books out of her shelf and zooms out again. I didn't really get to speak to her for more than maybe 30 seconds before she left but I can tell she will be on the move a lot.
