The Park { Zoe }

I sat there at the tea shop Alfie and I had gone to. Alfie had received a phone call and excused himself out. It was nice to be alone with him, I wanted more time with my bestfriend.

The tea we had ordered were surprisingly delicious. The color of the tea was misleading. The tea I had ordered was green and Alfie's was blue.

Alfie returned into the small shop. "Is everything okay?" I asked concerned. Alfie looked a bit worried and rushed.

"Yeah, but I have a meeting. I have to go. But before I leave I got something for you." He handed me a beautiful pink rose and then he lightly pressed his lips on my cheek. I silently gasped.

"Goodbye Zoe." He said slowly leaving the shop.

Alfie has kissed me on the cheek before but why did it feel so different now? Was I falling for him? No Zoe please. That's ridiculous. He's my bestfriend and that was all. Although Alfie has been acting different lately. I pushed the thoughts out of my mind.

I grabbed all my belongings and the beautiful pink rose and headed home.

When I arrived home it was much too silent. Joe apparently hadn't gotten back from his collab with Caspar and Marcus. And my dad left a note on the fridge saying; Out with a friend, might be home late. Love You, -Daddy Sugg.

I practically had the house all to myself. Like the lame teenager I was I decided to just be on my lap top and go on Tumblr, Twitter, etc.

One of the most recents was a picture of Alfie and I. We had taken a picture at the tea shop. The scarf I had worn almost completely covered my face. But Alfie looked good, he had a huge grin plastered on his face.

I looked at the comments and most of them were:

-OMG THE FEELZ!!

-IS ZALFIE REAL??!

-ARE THEY A THING?!!

-#ZALFIE FOREVER

I clicked on "Zalfie" and tons of pictures and tweets of Alfie and I filled my screen. Our viewers were shipping us. How strange, considering Alfie and I were just friends. Would we even be cute together? Nah.. I was about to fold the laptop but then a blue notification popped up.

Jack Harries wants to Skype.

[ Accept ] - [ Decline ]

I accepted his request. I was excited to video chat with him. I secretly had a small crush on him ever since I had met him.

The screen took a view seconds to load then Jacks face finally appeared.

"Hey Jack."

-"Hello Zoe." He said with a big smile.

"Umm.. I don't mean to sound rude but, why did you want to Skype?"

-"Well, about that.." He said shyly, "I wanted to know if you could meet me up at the park, tomorrow morning?"

"Okay, I'll meet you there." I hoped he couldn't see me blushing.

After that, we talked for a few minutes and then we both disconnected. I wonder why he wants to see me.. I giggled at the thought.

Oh wow, it was 11:09 we had talked for almost 3 hours. I lay In bed thinking about tomorrow. I felt a buzz coming from my phone, although i was already half asleep. There was another buzz, but I ignored it. I shuffled my pillow and went to sleep.

I walked on the paved roads heading to the park to meet Jack. There he was! He was wearing a maroon beanie with a brown plaid shirt, jeans, and leather boots.

"Hi Jack."

-"Hey Zoella."

-"Hey so I called you to meet me here because.." He sat on a bench and I joined him. "Because I wanted to ask you.." We looked into each others eyes, our hands touching. "Would you like to go on a date with me Friday night?" He finally finished.

"Yes, I'd love that." I said, my heart fluttering. He just asked me out on a date!! Now, now, don't get carried away.

"That's great." He said with a blushed face.

We talked and laughed for hours. It was perfect. I, unfortunately had to go. Louise wanted me to go to her house to take Darcy to the park together while Matt was working.

I pulled out my phone. There were three missed messages from Alfie saying:

-Sorry about the tea mishap..

-I'll make it up to you, I promise (:

-Are you alright Zoe?

I replied to him:

-I'm great, hey just wanted to know if you wanted to come to Louises's and play with Darcy at the park?

On the way to Louise's on a cab Alfie responded;

-I'd love to, meet you there.

I was so excited, I was going to be with three of my most favorite people in the world. It was going to be loads of fun.

"Chummy!!" Louise exclaimed as soon as I walked in.

"Chummy, I missed you!!" I replied excitedly and ran to hug her.

Just then Darcy came in and I swooped and picked her up.

"Hello little Darcy." I said kindly.
I wrapped her in a big hug.
"Hello Schoee." She smiled brightly.

After playing with Darcy for a few minutes I went with Louise to the kitchen. "Is it okay if I invited Alfie to the park with us?" I asked her.

"Of course, twice the fun." She said grinning.

Darcy, Louise and I entered her car and started to drive to the park. Meanwhile, we sang songs, laughed, and completely messed around. It was always a blast being with my chummy.
