Poor Alfie.. { Louise }

We had all come back from the park, I was putting Darcy in her bed. As soon as we got in the car, she knocked out.

"Can I talk to you Louise?" Zoe asked worrying me.

"What's up? Is everything okay?"

"Jack asked me on a date.."

"Jack?? As in Harries?! Jack Harries?" I asked bewildered.

"Yeah.."

"Whats wrong about it?"

"Nothing but I'm confused. I think.. I think Alfie may like me.."

"What makes you say that?"

"He's been acting differently. Yesterday he kissed me on the cheek and gave me a rose when we went for tea. Almost like a date. I can't say I didn't like it a bit though.." Zoe blushed lightly.

I didnt really know what to tell her. She was in one of those twilight love triangles. "Don't worry chummy, it'll all work out fine." I tried to reassure her but my words were weak.

"You're right Louise.. And plus, Alfie is just my bestfriend. Thats it." I could almost hear the denial in her words.

"I don't know Zoe, if you have feelings for him, you can't deny it."

We had decided to do a love Q&A together, just for fun. I was surprised.. Alfie fancied someone. Imagine if they both liked eachother?! #Zalfie. Although I had forgotten, Zoe had Jack.

Afterwards Alfie seemed a bit tense.

"Are you alright Alfie?"

"I'm okay but I need to talk to you."

ALFIE LIKES ZOE!!! Gahh. This is all almost too good. I was tempted to tell Alfie; She has feelings for you too! Go get her!
But I stayed quiet. I hoped in the end they got together.

"So Chummy!! What are you wearing to your date? At what time? Where are you going?!" I laughed at myself, I was asking so many questions.

"Chummy! Hold up, first, should I tell Alfie?"

"Tell me what?" Alfie asked suddenly.

I gulped. This was not going to end well..

"I'm going on a date with Jack, Friday night." She said shyly.

"Oh Zoe, thats great." Alfie smiled and held Zoe in his arms.

I could see his pain. His eyes were full of hurt. His heart was probably shattered. Poor Alfie..

"I think I have to go now.." Alfie said quietly.

"But Alfie we were going to watch a movie." Zoe pouted.

"I'm sorry I just need to go." He said broken hearted.

"I wonder what that was about?" She asked.

"Zoe, I need to tell you something."

"Yes, Chummy?"

I knew I shouldn't have said this but I blurted it out.

"Alfie fancies you."

"What?!"

"You heard me."

"Is that why?" She pointed to the door.

I solemnly nodded.

"Oh, no. God, what have I done? I need to talk to him." Zoe panicked.

"Zoe, calm down please."

"I can't!!! Chummy help me." She collapsed into my arms.

I strugled but I finally got her to my spare room.
"Night Chummy." I told her quietly.

I headed up to bed. I removed my makeup and dressed in a night gown. I slid under the covers and soon found myself asleep.

Louise's Dreams;

Somehow I was on a cliff. It was only me and another figure. I approached it and discovered it was Alfie. He was standing on the very edge of the cliff.

"Goodbye World." he said and threw himself over.

"Alfie!!!!" Zoe appeared next to me. She cryed for a very long time.
The scene blurred and I was transported somewhere else.

I was in a hospital, lying at Zoes side. Her face was very pale, her breathing stirred from time to time.

"Louise." She managed. "I love you, thanks for taking care of me..

I now got ahold of her hand and held it sturdily. I didnt want to let go.

"Tell Alfie.. I..Love..Hi-" *BEEEEEEEEEEEEP*

A straight line appered over the monitor of her breathing and heart rate.

Zoe had died.

I woke up sweating coldly. Thank goodness they were only dreams..

I need to talk to both of them.

Alfie and Zoe.
