Ruby staggered back and reloaded her sniper.
The Atlesian Paladin-290 Prototype ran towards her, but the rest of Team RWBY pushed the towering machine back.
"Damn kids!" yelled Roman's voice through the machine.
"You okay, Ruby!" asked Yang.
"I'm alright! Let's finish this!"
Yang charged the machine, only to be punched back (and through) a nearby concrete pillar.
(y/n) watched from the highway above, dangling over his feet over the edge.

It was a well-thought-out plan.
Ruby and Weiss tap into the CCT Tower to access the Schnee Dust Company files to check for any robberies and inconsistencies, while Blake and Sun attend a White Fang rally in disguise to get insider information.
All the while, Yang and Neptune will pay a visit to the bar owner Junior Xiong in an attempt to get information from what Yang called, "the shady side of town".
"I can't thank you guys enough," muttered Blake, "You don't have to do this..."
"Of course we do!" responded Ruby, "We're friends, aren't we?"
"Whether you like it or not, we're helping." said Yang, "It's the least we can do..."
"Indeed. Besides, I like the opportunity to give my limbs a stretch," stated Weiss.
"Alright!" yelled Sun, "Let's bash some heads!"
"Yeah. Let's take these guys down," said Neptune in a calm demeanor.

The pairs all went different ways to carry out their secret mission.
As Sun and Blake made their way to the town, Blake couldn't help but look back at the school behind her.
She stopped.
(y/n) was on the roof, watching them.
Even from there, Blake could see him wave.
Only for a moment though.
"Let's go!" yelled Sun.
"R-Right..."

"A heart and soul all of her own..."
"Ruby!" yelled Weiss, "Stop daydreaming and help me take this thing down!"

The jig was up.
Roman had seen Blake and Sun.
One thing led to another, and Blake found herself hopping from one speeding car to another on a busy highway.
Roman, piloting the stolen Atlesian Paladin-290 Prototype, chased the two down the highway.
