I just realized that....this was a very disturbing story and that my teacher probably wanted to send me to an asylum after she read this as my homework assignment. :)

I won't put this down.

But this might come off as haunting/traumatizing...

I'm establishing this as mature content.

I realized it might be confusing so if you have questions about the story.......... ASK ME!

BYE!

After dashing away from the house, he decided that running alone in the black of night at midnight wasn't acceptable in his current predicament. He thought that since he didn't want his parents to figure out where he was running to, he would have to eliminate all preferences of his location. He ran to a house that was 2 blocks away from his home. He gathered rocks from the neighbor next to his targeted house to throw at the clear window pane on the top floor to the left.

When he ran out of rocks he grabbed another handful and finally on his 6th try of trying to hit the window pane having aimed at the top of the roof directly above his target and threw with all his velocity from his right hand and struck the middle of the window.

After a minute or so... He was still waiting on her arrival when out popped a resemblance of his dad and a figure of Beyonce'. He could see the pure annoyance in her facial structure and confusion in her eyes. Without a moment of hesitance, he spoke in a soft tone but clearly so no one would wake him out on the muddy grass of night. He knew for sure that if he was seen, his endurance would be worn out by the time they yelled: "Stop!". "Sister! Finally I thought you would never come out, I almost thought of giving up....do you know how astonishing that would be?" He tried to hide the southern tone from the grasp of the night but failed miserably.

Seeing the enthusiasm of her little brother she called out, "Wha....!" but was quickly shushed by her brother who wanted a private conversation. He motioned for her to come down, and she begrudgingly obeyed. Not even trying to hide the attitude of her annoyance, she came out the door with a bang ignoring the warning looks he gave her. Wrapping her robe and pulling up her boots she walked to him with a wary strut. She decided that enough was enough and went to address the issue that woke her from her beauty sleep, "What are you doing out of the house and why do you look like you are going to college when you know your parents can't afford that?". "I ran off from my mom and your father. I decided that I will be my own man to show them that I am responsible."

She cut him off and raised her hand with disbelief displayed fully in her eyes. "Why would you even think to do such an abolishment to your family? What made you think that you could run away from your problems so easily?". He could hear anger and confusion in her voice and dare he says, concern? Figuring out that she had not caught on to his rebellious scheme he decided to inform her. "No, you have it all wrong, I wasn't running away forever. I have a plan that will show them that I am responsible." He took out his backpack and dropped it onto the cracked sidewalk. "This bag has all of the tools I need to prove myself." She could now see that the bag was not full enough to hold his belongings and posters of his basketball role models. "Oh..." was the only word she could form in her mouth. "You decided to do this tonight, why? Please enlighten me." He continued with levity in his sister's eagerness to be told his tale. "I am going to the "House" in the middle of the cemetery.

I plan to gather evidence that it never was haunted and that it's all just plain bogus. I want to bring you because I thought you would be a great accomplice for this detective you are looking at right here,.....so what do you say?", She stared at him with amazement in her eyes that he ever thought of such a well-thought-out plan. She nodded with eagerness giving him the signal of an unspoken "YES!", she would like nothing but to have a little fun in this gritty neighborhood that she was forced to move into.

She couldn't be more pleased with her brother ever than now. She dashed upstairs and pulled on some jeans with a t-shirt and a leather jacket. Having seen her brother, she tried to match his look which consisted of wearing old worn-up red sneakers with a red "Nike" t-shirt and some ripped-up light blue jeans. Jake was the expert in this town, she had no right to complain about how obtuse this was, but it would be very exciting and she's never been on an adventure before. What could go wrong?
