Things were different for Louis after the bathroom incident. He couldn't stop thinking about Harry crying and how he pushed Louis away. He felt confused and guilty. How did he not notice?

He couldn't take the guilt, so the next day the rich boy rushed to 1st period and sat in his assigned seat and waited for everyone else to arrive, anxious to talk to Harry again.

When Harry did arrive he immediately took his seat and tried to avoid Louis the best he could. However, Louis is a persistent little bitch.
"Harry," Louis tapped his shoulder,

"We need to talk."

"There's nothing to talk about." Harry replied in a monotoned manner.

"The fuck? Yes there is. Harry talk to me." The blue eyed boy said, eyebrows scrunched in confusion.
Rolling his eyes, Harry turned towards Louis, his sleeve sliding up slightly. The shorter boy gasped quietly at what he saw on Harrys wrist.

"What? Why do you want to talk to me all of a sudden? Did you fall off your high horse or something? Don't think anything has changed because of what you heard." Harry scoffs at the rich boy before turning the opposite way again.

Speechless, Louis tried to recover, "Listen I'm sorry okay? I-I was being a douche and I understand the behavior. I deserve it, but can we please talk about your cuts? Harry it's a serious thing, I don't want you to harm yourself anymore."

Shocked, Harry looks down at his sleeve and quickly pulls it down. He then laughs bitterly desperate to hold back tears, "Oh what? Now that you realize the impact of your a stupid ass actions you want to apologize? Fuck off"

Louis turns Harry towards him and takes his hand and looks Harry in the eye, for the first time showing his true self.

"I know, I'm an asshole. Hell I was born to be one, but I'm so sorry Harry, I-I'm actually envious of you. You are the only person who stood there ground against me. I kept bothering you because you wouldn't back down. So when I found out about your secret I felt-no I still feel like shit. I honestly hope you can forgive me."

Harry was quiet for a moment before responding, "Do you mean that?"

He nodded quickly, "yes, yes I do one hundred percent."

It was silent for a moment before Louis shyly added, "and I was hoping we could become friends?"

Harry immediately responded, "Hell No. At least not right now. There's a couple things you have to learn before you can become a true friend."

The small boy nods again and plays with his hands, "Can you teach me? I've never really had a true friend. All my "friends" are gold diggers."

Harry sighs before answering, "Yes. I can teach you. Just follow these rules."

He scribbles down something on a piece of paper before handing it to him.

"Here. Follow these rules and you'll do just fine."

Louis stares at him before clearing his throat and reading them out loud.
