Vast emptiness
A large sheet of darkness
One speck within a black void
Bright dot too far to reach
Stretching farther and farther
Until the light is no more
Incompatible planets
So close yet unreachable
We're unable to live together
A star shining bright
Guiding the way through the shadows
Its glow dimming over time
Eventually becoming shrouded in darkness
Feelings all bottled up
Causing an explosion of emotions
For now we are seperate
Eternally in our universe of loneliness.
