The lover P.O.V

I walked out to the arena looking around I saw blood on in the dirt and a wedding alter in-between the two doors before I looked up at the audience cheering happily. Well I hope they get some enjoyment from my death or marriage. I now stand in the centre of this arena looking at the king and my love the princess. As the king was making his speech, I was staring at the princess because in a few minutes it would probably be the last time I get to look at her in all of her beauty.

I noticed her hand was gesturing to the door on the right. I looked at the right door as if to say You want me to open the right door? I looked back at her and saw she nodded her head twice. Well now, I have a choice to listen and trust her or to ignore her and go the other way.

If I go to the right door, there could be the lady, which I would marry in front of my love and break her heart for eternity or there could be the tiger that would kill me but would I want to die for the lady i love as i could not live without her.

However, am I willing to give up everything for her? There would be other lady but the only other lady I could have is the lady that comes through one of these doors. No. I am, doubting my loyalty to my princess. I cannot do that she is everything I will ever need or want and I would go to heaven and hell just for her so if I die it would for her.

What if the lady comes out the door, I have only been thinking about the tiger. Well I still have the knife in my stocking that I stole off a guard before entering the arena. Therefore, I could kill myself before the lady says I do or I could kill her but I will not kill an innocent person especially a lady.

I just hope the knife is still there when the time comes to use it.

Suddenly the whole arena is silent it is time for me to choose which door. I decide to trust my lovely princess and I started to walk to the right door not knowing what is behind it. I would accept my fate.
