Let Go

Prologue

Remecie's POV

It was a great day while strolling down the streets of the city. As I walk my way to the car I felt something's off. Looks like someone's looking at me. I turned my gaze at the back and saw a man walking near by me.

I hurriedly walked beside my car and felt goosebumps crawling in my skin— panicking, while searching for my car keys inside my bag, not knowing what to do. He grabbed my wrist and pushed me in his broad chest hugging me tightly.

"I've missed you" I looked at him with a growl and uncertainty.

"What are you talking about? Hindi kita kilala. Why would you miss me? Get off me! Leave me alone! "

I pushed him away so that I can get out of his warm embrace. It felt so good and also misunderstandable. Why am I feeling this way?

I felt his grip tightened in my wrist when I tried to get off him.

"I'm sorry, I'm very very sorry" He leaned his forehead on my head and loosened his grip on my hands.

He let go of me.

I entered my car and drove it fastly. Questions and uncertainty lingering in my head.

I felt my heart beats too fast. Not because I'm nervous but because of the overwhelming feeling.
