I'm starting to go unconscious again. Shit this is a lot for these doctors to handle isn't it. I'm starting to go black again. Maybe I'm just fainting and I'll wake up soon..

Y/N POV

I look around to see everyone I love around me... well not everyone. I couldn't seem to find Finn. where could he have gone I wonder? I asked everyone but they just said as soon as I woke up he ran out the room saying nothing. Honestly it's really weird I hope he's okay.

FINN POV

She started waking up... I wanted to stay and greet her as she woke up, but I couldn't. This is all my fault... ALL MY FUCKING FAULT. I have to back there, shes probably worried sick. I walk into the room looking at an anxious looking y/n. "Hey.." was all I managed to choke out. Seeing all those needles and wires poking into her made me sick to my stomach. I did that. I did that to my babygirl. Fuck how could I have been so stupid. "Hi Finn." Even when she was angry you could still feel the care that was in her heart. I almost lost all of that, all of her sunshine, her smiles, her little giggle that happens whenever I tickle her or say a stupid joke, all of it could've been gone in an instant. "I'm so sorry y/n, Jesus I'm so fucking sorry." I walk out of the hospital room choking back tears.. I feel a hand on me. "Finn.." I turn around to face the mystery person. "Y/n? what are you doing? you need to get rest." I was using all my strength holding back from lunging at her like I'm some football player and kissing the living daylights out of her. "I'm fine really, are you okay? everyone is worried sick about you." Really? shes worried about me right now? damn I love her so much. "I'm okay, y/n please go back in the room an try to get some rest ill be back in the morning okay love? take care of yourself. Our love is god."

Y/N POV

And just like that he was gone. Right out of my hands once again. I love him and he needs to know that. I walk back into the room to be re-greeted by all my friends. "Hey guys I'm okay for now I'm going to try to get some rest, I love you guys," I managed to make out a small smile as my loved ones piled out the room with mumbled 'okay's and 'love you too's. I hope Finn comes back tomorrow. I just need a damn kiss...

He's coming back right? He has to. Our love is god.
