marriage.

I'm one of those people. I'm the person that doesn't believe in marriage, nor will I ever. Bear with me as I tell you why.

I know there's happily married couples, and I'm okay with that. I'm not against marriage for anyone else, just myself. I don't like the concept.

You get married, you're supposed to get a home, start a family, blah blah blah (and yes, feel free to comment on any of this with your thoughts) and I just don't like it.

Marriage leads to kids (a whole other chapter) and I'm too fond of that either.

Let me get this straight-- I have nothing against dating, one night stands, 'falling in love', and all that other shit. It's just marriage.

So, if you fall in love, you're most likely planning on getting married. I think if you're in love, you don't need a shiny diamond to represent your feelings for the other person. 'Well you need a ring to represent you're taken.'

No. You don't. As far as I'm concerned, if you're in love, and someone starts hitting on you, you have a choice. If you're really in love and committed to your partner, you wouldn't think twice about saying Jo and walking away.

However, the ultimate test is just that, saying no. This could be an amazingly attractive person, but you're in love... Right? News flash. If you're considering doing it, you're not in love. That's why I believe in love but not marriage...

But then again.. Who cares. This is just a vent

I'm not calling this a/n because this is me and you. We are communicating. You help me, I help you. So I decided that at the end of every chapter I'm going to put that last sentence...

Much love,

Sadie
