Chapter 8: Breach

*Beacon halls, no one's pov*

In oobleck's class (Y/n)'s new team sat near the others. As they sat though Blake and (Y/n) would occasionally glance at each other before blushing and looking away. Everyone else could see the awkward air between them after the snake (Y/n) confessed so much to her. (Y/n) was confused on how he feels for not only Blake but all his female friends. Blake was happy to know in another world she ends up with (Y/n) but sad that it came with a cost. The other girls were now driven to make sure to make the first move now.

Then there was the fact that team RWBY was involved with a fight with the white fang at the docks a few days after the last spar they had. After a few weeks Blake hasn't slept as well as she was trying to find a lead on the fang while also trying to figure out her own feelings.

(Y/n) was soon brought back when oobleck when he started to talk about two gods of remnants.

Dr. Oobleck: ah Mr. (L/n) you have a question.

(Y/n): yeah I was wondering about these brothers you were talking about?

Dr. Oobleck: that's right, you don't really know of the brothers. While I don't know all of the stories I can recommend a few books in the library if you wish to know more.

(Y/n): I'd appreciate that doc.

(Y/n) then went back to his journal where he then looked confused and conflicted.

Angela: You okay there (Y/n)?

(Y/n): Just a bit confused on things, as well as one of the other (Y/n)'s spamming me.

Melanie: Which one?

(Y/n): I think it's the dead space one as he's saying 'OH FUCK, my fucking arm was ripped off again!' SCP is laughing and the others are wondering when we had a group chat.

Militia: Wait, you somehow have a group chat with other universes of yourself, how does it even work?

(Y/n): no idea but it's only one of two group chats I have.

Melanie: What's the other one?

(Y/n): Oh that one is for the guys when we want our own time.

Ruby: hey we aren't that bad.

(Y/n): I'm pretty sure that you girls just have a knack in finding trouble somehow.

Yang: Your one to talk Mr. stumble onto a white fang base.

(Y/n): you four infected me by then.

There bickering lasted to the end of the class before all the team leaders had to go to their lockers to get ready for their own class. The others went back to their dorms as they wanted to relax or get started on their work. Though as the team leaders left for their own class they didn't notice that Blake was looking at (y/n) before following the others.

Yang: So ren, what this about you guys having a group chat for yourselves.

Ren then looked nervous as the girls looked at him with curiosity as he was the only guy left in their group.

Ren: well, I'm sorry to say yang but that's for us to know.

Nora: Now renny we are all friends here so come out an tell us already.

before ren could think of a way out of his situation he was grabbed and put over yatsu's shoulder as he ran by with neptune, fox, and dove. They each had a terrified expression as they kept running away from the confused girls. The girls then heard a scream behind them as coco panted to a stop with velvet next to her.
