One Week Later....
During the past week, the weather has been cloudy and thundering all day long. Everyone was expecting a huge storm, but none ever came....Just huge winds and dark clouds covering the sky.
But this day, was really windy...It was even sweeping the poor Oresoren off their feet! So Roxanne made them stay inside their houses as she grabbed Walter and made him go see Alex. Hopefully he might be able to do something about it....You know, since he's the Air element and all.
SO as Walter knocked onto his door, Amelia answered it and instantly held onto her hair as the wind burst into the room. "Please just come inside!" She exclaimed.
Roxanne and Walter rushed inside and Amelia slammed the door shut then locked it so the door wouldn't burst opened.
Roxanne fixed her hair real quick then looked at Walter, who had fixed hia hair as well. "Is Alex here?" Walter asked.
Amelia tried flattening her hair as she spoke, "Well actually he went outside to see if he could calm down the wind a bit." She explained. She shook her hair, just then finishing with her hair. "But he left only a few minutes ago....So he's probably still trying to calm it down."
"You know..." Roxanne said. She crossed her arms. "The weather has been peculiar lately." She said. "Like it has been all thundering and cloudy lately...Does Alex know what's going on?"
Amelia sighed and took off her glasses. "I'm afraid not." She said, cleaning them with her shirt. "But he's checking to see if he can do something now...He should be on the roof actually."
"How do we get up there?" Walter asked.
Amelia nodded out the door. "With the wind like that, it'll just lift you up onto the roof!" She was joking, but Roxanne knew that it was true...The Oresoren was being lifted into the air! It was really windy!
Walter nodded. "Okay. Thanks Amelia."
But before he could leave, Amelia grabbed a hold on his arm. "Please don't go out there!" She pleaded. "It's dangeroues! Just wait until Alex has calmed down the wind."
Walter pulled away from her. "You sure?"
"Of course."
"Then...." Walter looked back at Roxanne, asking her if it was okay with her. Roxanne shrugged in reply, not really caring. So Walter turned back to Amelia and said, "All right."
Amelia placed her glasses back onto her nose, then pressed her hand right above her chest, sighing with relief. "Thank you. I don't want any of Alex's friends to get hurt!" She let her arms go limp by her side. "Would you two care for a cup of tea or something while you wait for Alex?"
"If you don't mind." Walter said.
Amelia nodded and smiled. "And you, Roxanne?"
Roxanne was silent for a moment, then shrugged. "Sure. Thanks."
Amelia nodded again, then rushed off to the kitchen so she could make some tea for her guests.
Walter suddenly placed his hand onto the edge of the couch, then propped himself over it as he sat down. He looked over at Roxanne, who was still leaning against the back of the couch. He smiled devilishly, then hooked his arm around her waist and pulled her onto the couch. Roxanne landed on her back, her head hanging off of the edge and her legs hanging off the other end. She looked over and glared at Walter, but she was slightly smiling.
