The next morning, Quppo came upstairs with some steaming scallop soup to calm Roxanne down. As he knocked on the door, he realized that there was no answer. Quppo figured Roxanne must have fallen asleep and was still sleeping...Which was odd for her because Roxanne usually woke up before the sun rose to train.
So, Quppo quietly opened the door, letting some light inside the dark room. But when he walked over to her bed...He saw nothing.
Scared, Quppo put down the soup and rushed down the steps, calling out to his brothers. As he reached the bottom of the steps, Pippo and Poppo were standing there, wondering what was wrong.
"Roxanne is missing!" Quppo blurted out.
Pippo tilted his head to the side. "She probably just went out to train." He reassured Quppo. "Don't worry too much."
Quppo shook his head. "She's not. I'm usually awake when she wakes up to train. You know...I gotta make some soup for when she gets home. I didn't hear her come downstairs, so I thought she was sleeping in this morning. Next thing I know, Roxanne isn't in her room!"
Poppo cocked his head to the side. "Ors? Then what happened?"
"Don't know." Quppo said. "Maybe we should go ask her friends?"
"Good idea!" Pippo exclaimed. "Let's go! Ors!"

The Oresoren went into town and walked over to Alex's house. Along the way, the people gave them food and stuff, (They didn't know it but the people thought they were pets) and of course, they ate it. But eventually they got to Alex's house and knocked on the door.
"Hey I think Roxanne is finally here!" They heard Lia exclaimed.
The door opened and there stood Alex, who was expecting Roxanne so he was looking straight ahead. But when he saw that Roxanne wasn't standing there, he looked down and saw the Oresoren.
"W-What are you doing here?" Alex asked them.
Quppo looked up at him. "Roxanne isn't here?"
Alex suddenly sighed, pinching the bridge of his nose. "Oh boy...She is probably doing something stupid. Ugh well..." He stopped pinching his nose and looked back down at the Oresoren. "Come on in guys. Let's hear your part of the story."
The three little otters came inside, and Quppo explained to them that Roxanne wasn't at home. Arian explained to them that Roxanne wasn't at Alex's house, so they figured she was just running late for some reason. Quppo disagreed.
"Nope. I think she's vanished." Quppo told them. "But just in case...Can we look around for her? Please?"
Alex shrugged. "I don't see why not." He said. "Lia, you're taking Crystal Forest." Lia smiled as he went on, "Arian and Xaden, you two can check out that cave where The Door is....Just in case. Erik, you check that nearby forest. And I'll go around town. Agreed?"
"What about us?!" Poppo demanded, jumping up and down to get attention.
Alex chuckled. "You guys split up and search where ever you think Roxanne is."
Poppo stopped jumping and nodded. "Okay!" He exclaimed, taking his brothers to look around.
"Meet back up in a hour!" Alex called out after them. When they ran out of the house, he sighed and turned to the others. "An hour. Okay? Let's go."
Erik was the first out of the Elements to run out of the house. He hoped Roxanne would be in the Forest so he could pick on her for being stupid and getting lost.
