Crystal's POV I woke up pretty early today to avoid my mother's boyfriend. It's sad that I have to sneak around my house but I don't have a choice . He's a very touchy guy Nd I don't wanna cross his paths today . So I just threw clothes on for the gym before school . I ran out the door and down the stairs .
As I was walking into the gym my phone went off . It was Lucas

Lucas : looking Good Ma 😘 want me to pick you up from the gym ?
Crystal: I'll be ready in 10 , thx
I got all my stuff together including my book bag for school which starts in like twenty minutes . I walked outside and jumped into Lucas's truck .
"Hey Ma", he said smiling at me showing his whole bottom girl . Which literally made my heart MELT .
"Hey", I said shortly smiling, then giving him a small hug for picking me up from the gym
"So to school" ? He said leaning over to my seat
"Yes, but question", I said looking down at my shoes .
"Before you ask look at me", he said tilting my chin up once again
I looked at him
"Okay wassup Ma" he said staring back at me
"Why are you not in school"? I said looking at all his tattoos.
"I don't need it", he said plainly keeping his eyes on on the road then to his phone then the road .
"Well why not" I said still looking at him .
"Because I DONT", he said yelling at me causing me to jump as he parked the car outside of my school.
"Fine then", I said getting out the car and slamming the door behind me .
Lucas POV
Why do I keep yelling at this girl sensitive ass . I yell at my hoes all the time but they never cry or get all mad and make me feel bad after .
Shit .. I thought to myself .
"Aye crystal chill I didn't mean to yell", I said running after her .
