It was the next morning and I felt like shit , my body hurt all over and I could hardly breathe . I kept dreaming about last night and Lucas would wake me up when I would start shaking and crying in my sleep . I didn't know where to go , I just knew I couldn't go back to that house not now , hopefully never .
When u woke up Lucas was no where to be found so I took it upon myself to sneak out of bed and take a long hot shower . I sat on the floor of the shower and cried , thinking about that night again , I cried and cried .
I don't know how much hurt I can take anymore. I thought to myself . Truthfully when I was in middle school I used to cut myself I haven't since then and then I relapsed now . I cried and cried and cut my arm. It didn't hurt , I felt like I was numb to the pain after while I cleaned up and stepped out the shower and put some clothes on that India brought to the hospital a couple hours ago I was told .

It makes me angry that she cut herself . She doesn't feel like she deserves us ?? It's the other way around we're blessed to have crystal in our life . I hate that she feels with way about herself .
