Jaxon's POV

We were at the cabin for a week, before Evan's heat finally subsided. Needless to say, he was walking around with a sore ass and I was feeling really bad about it, but my wolf and I couldn't help but feel just a little bit proud of ourselves too. We ended up fucking on every available surface in that cabin and let's just say, we didn't get around to eating as much as we should have. I really tried controlling my wolf long enough for Evan to get a proper meal in, but then his heat would hit again and we would just go at it again. It was absolutely amazing.

I lie in bed chuckling at my own thoughts. We got back to the Pack House two days ago and so far, everything has been going great.I turn on my side towards Evan. He immediately snuggles closer into my chest, putting his face into the crook of my neck, and breathed in my scent. Even when he is asleep, he is always needing reassurance that I am close by. I don't mind it one little bit though. It makes my wolf and I very happy that our Mate can find such comfort in our scent, so I just pull him tighter into my arms and lie there holding him.

After a few minutes I felt as Evan started waking up, so I looked down at where his face was still trying to hide in my neck. I chuckled softly and stroked his back, loving the feeling of his soft skin under my hands. He absolutely hates the scars on his body and always tries to go to bed with a shirt on, but I am slowly getting him over that. To me, they show how strong his spirit really is. What he has been through, would have completely broken most people, but not my Mate. No, he came out of it much stronger, both physically and mentally. It showed me, that no matter what, he will always pull through and still do what needs to be done, and in his case, it was protecting those who couldn't protect themselves. He took their punishments, he took their pain and he is still my amazing and sweet Mate. He wasn't bitter about what he went through. He didn't hold it against anyone and he sure as hell wasn't letting it keep him down.

"Morning my Love" I whisper in his ear and watch as he pulls slightly away from me and blinks his beautiful eyes at me. He lets out a small smile and plants a quick kiss on my lips. "Morning Love" he says in a husky voice filled with sleep. My wolf, being the horny fucker he is, immediately wants to mate again, so he starts sending me images of a few days ago, when I had Evan up against the shower wall at the cabin.

I groan and turn onto my back, pulling Evan on top of me, not even trying to fight against it. He opens his legs so he is straddling my waist and starts grinding against me. Looks like my wolf and I are not the only ones that are feeling a bit hot under the collar this morning. I run my hands up and down his sides and then move around to cup his amazing ass in both my hands, moving his hips a bit harder and faster against my now straining and leaking member. Thank God I had convinced him to go to bed without any clothes on last night. I really don't feel like bothering with all that right now.
