"Sorry I didn't get him off of you sooner! I couldn't tell if you wanted him to kiss you or not, and I didn't want to come pull him off of you if you wanted him kissing you." Weston seems so shy right now. He's totally in one of his sweet modes. He hasn't looked at me once.

After he punched Nick, Weston told me he was giving me a ride home with one stop along the way. Normally I wouldn't have gotten in a car with him, but he just saved me from a nasty guy.

I never asked where the one stop would be, but I really didn't care.

"Thank you, I don't know what I would have done if you hadn't been there." I really don't. I wasn't strong enough to get Nick away. I love this side of Weston, he lets me see it every now and then. I hate the other side, but he isn't all bad. Weston likes girls, can be a jerk, and enjoys cutting class, but that doesn't make him a bad guy. Stupid maybe, but never bad.

He pulls into the drive through at Dairy Queen and orders a Vanilla cone and a large Chocolate Xtreme Blizzard Treat. I know I should want the cone, but chocolate sounds so good right now I hope that's for me!

We pull up to the window and a pretty blonde girl takes Weston's money and hands him the ice cream. She tries to smile at him, but he immediately turns his attention to me.

"Don't tell me you don't want this, because I have three sisters, and all upset girls want chocolate." He hands me the big blizzard and a spoon. He smiles at me as I stick a spoonful into my mouth and he starts to drive again.

"I wouldn't have said I didn't want it. Heck, if you hadn't offered I would have asked you for it." Weston laughs and turns on the radio. The ride home is comfortable and I'm really glad he picked me up. I just realized how tired I am, when a slow song comes on. My brain is so out of it that I can't even register what song it is. I try to stay awake, but somehow I fail.

"Sam, you're home."

"Five more minutes."

"Gah!" I feel something warm wrap around me and I cuddle into it. Weston's chest is hard, warm, and smells delicious. I wish he carried me all the time.  And then it hit me that Weston Price was carrying me up the stairs, in my house, towards my bedroom. What the crap! He opens the door to my bedroom and sets me on my bed.

"Sammy, you have to get ready for bed, and I can't help you there." Well duh he can't help me!

I sigh, "Why do you call me Sammy? Or Sammy-Loo?" I've always wanted to know, just never had enough sense to ask.

"Because, well my brother's name is Sam. He's sort of a jerk, and you're so sweet and beautiful that I don't like associating you with him." Oh, well that's kind of sweet I guess.

"Oh, okay. Goodnight Weston, and thank you." I close my eyes and pull a blanket over me. Before I'm completely asleep I hear Weston laugh and walk out. What an interesting night.

Beep. Beep. Beep.

I glance at the alarm clock. 8:30 a.m. I'm pretty sure it's Saturday and that should be an illegal time to have to get up at. Why am I getting up so early anyways? Oh yeah! I have a date with Liam Hamilton this morning! Hiking should be fun. But what if Liam tries anything like Nick did? I mean me and Liam have been alone together before, so I don't think that he will.

I drag my body out of my warm and inviting bed and head towards the door so I can go take a shower. As I pull the door towards me I realize there is a small white box in my room, placed carefully so if I opened my door more than a foot I would hit it.

The box looks familiar, and I can’t figure out why. I open the box and find a small piece of blue paper on top of white tissue paper. The blue paper has a note written on top.
