Chapter-16:promise

Haniya's pov:
Me and aaliya went to kitchen and start doing our work with other maids.i was having big list in my hand and that list contains what dishes to cook.

1.kebab.
2.grilled chicken.
3.chicken nuggets.
4.fried chicken.
5.raita.
6.chicken biriyani.
7.vegetable biriyani.
8.bread sweet and so on...

I dont know who is coming today and why she tell us to cook all these dishes.but i know one thing whatever the guest is coming so important to her.

I was making raita and kebab while aaliya is making grilled chicken and other maids were making other dishes.

I heard door bell sound and went to open the door but before that i adjusted my scarf on my head and opened the door.i saw group of peoples standing outside i saw many of them were men so i immediately covered my face with my hijab which was so long.i guestured them inside and they all came inside and as soon as madam raali came from her room and greeted them and made them sat on the costly sofa.

I immediately went to kitchen and said to aaliya"they all are here".she nods her head and continued her work.i saw madam raali made her way to the kitchen and stopped infront of us.she asked one of maid to brought water for them and that maid shifa nods her head and went to take tray and glasses.madam raali went out and shifa arranged all the glasses in tray and filled those glasses with ice water and made her way out of the kitchen.

We were making dishes while shifa came and put that tray on the counter top and went to continue her work.i was thinking who might they be?what are they doing here?and most of it why so many boys are here?i thought to myself and continued the work.

Haani's pov:
I woke up at 5 in the morning and went to bathroom to take wudu after that i came out and called hudaifa to join me in the mosque for fajr prayer.he said i will come and after that we said our salam and cut the call.i changed into other clothes and take my tobi and went out of my room.when i went downstairs i saw lights on in aaliya room and her friend room they might be praying their prayer i thought then i heared the beautiful recitation of surah yaseen and this voice was not aaliya's but her friend voice.it calmed my nerves i just smiled and went out of the house.

I went to mosque and saw him offering his sunnah prayer i went and stand near him and start offering my sunnah prayer after we completed our sunnah prayer i said my salam and he replied my salam.after few minutes later imaam said iqaamah and we read the dua and Aayatul Kursi then fajr prayer started we prayed fajr prayer and after completed we did dhikr and made dua(supplication)and read surah yaseen and we left.

After that we sat outside the mosque as they had some more places for sit and started talking.

"I feel so lucky to be a muslim i dont have any words to thank our Allah Almighty who blessed us with so many things.Our lord never forgot us but we forgot him most of the times and he is watching our every move but still we forgot him.why we are like this?.thinking about this making me feel so bad i think i am not a good muslim"i said in emotion filled voice.

"Haani why are you thinking like this you are a very good muslim who prays five times regularly,reading quran,giving sadaqh to poor people,making fast every ramadhan but only one thing is need to be fulfilled that was you didnt went to pilgrimage.soon we will go there together Insha Allah"hudaifa said.

"Insha Allah.Aameen.Allah bless all muslims to go there and make hajj and umrah with their family.Aameen"i said.

"Insha Allah.Aameen"he said.

"Ok lets go i feel sleepy"he said and stood up.

"Ok come lets go"i said and we both went to our house.
